Breakfast: The Western-style breakfast was quite good and had a wide variety of options. The only minor drawback: there were no lifeguards in the pool. "Makes me very happy to know that finally there is such kind of accommodation in Timisoara where we spent 3 relaxing nights at Tresor. You are welcomed with a glass of prosecco and check-in is done quickly. Room is well maintained with enough amenities and smart system. We tried both breakfast and dinner and we were satisfied with the variety of choices and taste. Staff throughout the location is on par with what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Since it was October we were not able to use the available pool. Do be aware of the fact that this hotel is located quite far from the city center, but Uber is always an option. what i do find strange and the only minus for this place is that for late checkout the hotel's policy state that there is a fee of 15EUR/h which for me sounds not reasonable. Same applies for Hilton members. All in all i would still choose this hotel for my next visit as they deliver what is promised!"

"Ik zou dit hotel 3.5 sterren geven. De kamer zelf was geweldig. Zeer modern en voelde zich nieuw. Alles was schoon en comfortabel. De locatie in de stad is goed. Helaas is het ontbijt verschrikkelijk. Ik was de eerste persoon die net toen het geopend werd. De warme borden waren helemaal koud. Elke morgen ontbrak er werktuigen, boeien of andere dingen. Er werd geen enkele zorg geboden. De voorkantdienst was ook perfect. Als deze twee dingen zouden worden geregeld, zou ik dit hotel veel hoger op prijs stellen."

"Unfortunately, we encountered major hygiene issues at this accommodation. Here are the main concerns: Dirty sheets and mattress cover – with a large yellow stain in the middle. Presence of cockroaches in the kitchen. Water with food residue and dirt in the dishwasher. Electric kettle with limescale buildup and other residues inside. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The presence of dust in some areas of the room would not have bothered me, but these are serious issues. We informed the accommodation about these problems but received no assistance."
