"Het hotel was in een zeer mooie locatie en het personeel was ongelooflijk vriendelijk. De kamers waren echter echt klein en de verlichting is verschrikkelijk. Het was zeer donker. We hadden een koning bed die de kamer zeer strak maakte. Parkeerplaats is over de straat van het hotel, maar ze geven je een kaart voor gratis parkeerplaats of er is een valet in het hotel waar je gewoon tip de klokboy. The breakfast is the same menu every single day and consists of chips with sauce, potato’s eggs and beans, flavored water and coffee. No juice. Ze hebben vruchten, maar het zou leuk geweest zijn om meer van een selectie te hebben, vooral als je er al meerdere dagen bent."

"Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this."

Ik vergelijk dit hotel met de service en de voorzieningen die u vindt in een nieuw hotel in Las Vegas . Waarschijnlijk beter, want ze nemen hun tijd om je te leren kennen en aan je behoeften te voldoen. Ik beveel de zondagsbrunch met hun heerlijke mimosa's, ze zullen je alles dienen wat je letterlijk nodig hebt, gewoon zitten en genieten van hun geweldige eten. De auto was super goed geserveerd de hele nacht , en ze zullen niet eens toestaan om de mooie glazen deur te openen ze doen alles voor u . Door hen spreken zij perfect Engels , en veel werknemers spreken ook Duits en Italiaans ."

"The standard of a domestic budget hotel is even lower, with the restrooms and showers being comparable to those of a domestic hostel. Two security guards were on duty at the main entrance, suggesting the area's security is generally poor at night. Local guests on each floor occasionally left their rooms and made phone calls down the hallway, creating a sense of insecurity. Most of the local guests I encountered in the elevator gave off a hostile impression. The front desk staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful, and the two security guards at the main entrance were also very polite and responsive. A thumbs-up."
