Echo Suites Richmond West - Extended Stay by Wyndham ★★★

📍 9940 Independence Drive, Three Chopt

7,9 (102 beoordeling)

Wingate by Wyndham Richmond Short Pump ★★

📍 13991 N Gayton Rd, Short Pump

"No hot tub, indoor pool is barely luke warm and the whole area is filled with mold so it stinks to high heaven. The elevators are old, slow, and loud. The handi accessible room I had was not ADA compliant. Quiet hours are not enforced. The beds aren't very comfortable. They do have great in room HVAC, a nice coffee set up, and a decent room layout with good outlets/lighting & furniture. Evening staff and housekeeping were very nice."

Wingate by Wyndham Richmond Short Pump ★★
"Horrible service. Elevator was out of service first room. The TV did not work call front desk and I kept getting put on hold over 15 minutes to let me know that there was no maintenance working this weekend. Finally was able to get another remote that did not fix the problem. Had to switch rooms to have a TV that worked, but the room was under construction drywall and baseboard were removed in certain areas wires lane on the floor on top of all of that only rooms they had available for on the fourth floor not a great experience and nothing they can do because it was booked on trips.com would never stay there again"
