"Een vriendelijk ontvangst, mooie kamers, een prachtig zwembad (min puntje niet veel bedjes bij het zwembad), heerlijk ontbijt en fantastisch diner!!! Een leuke buitenbar en een prachtig terras. Complimenten hoe dit hotel de stroom uitval voor de gasten werden opgelost en hoe iedereen telkens up to date van informatie werd voorzien. Er is door de kok ook een geweldig 5 gangen diner bereid, er was warm water en verlichting. Kortom fantastisch!!! Minpuntje: de prijzen voor de SPA zijn te hoog."

"We recently stayed at Hotel LaSort and had a mixed experience. The biggest positives are the location and views. The hotel is directly across from the beach, making it easy to walk everywhere in Moraira, and there is convenient parking nearby. Our room had a beautiful balcony view, and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Unfortunately, there were several things that kept this from feeling like a boutique hotel experience , especially at over €300 per night. The front desk staff were often unfriendly and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them whenever we had a question or request. One of the most frustrating policies was the ice service—you either have to go to reception to get it yourself or pay €5 to have it delivered. Even then, they only provide a tiny bucket. On one occasion they tried to hand us a single cup of ice, and when we politely asked for more, we were met with eye rolls. The air conditioning was another major disappointment. It isn’t adjustable, shuts off whenever you open the balcony door, and repeatedly turned off during the night. During 100°F (38°C) summer weather, guests should be able to control the temperature in their own room. The bed was also too small for two adults, the pillows were uncomfortable, the room was quite noisy, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay. Overall, Hotel LaSort has an unbeatable location and beautiful views, but the lack of comfort, poor Wi-Fi, inconsistent air conditioning, and disappointing customer service make it difficult to justify the price. With a few improvements, it could be an outstanding hotel."
