Santa Fe Motel Tehachapi by Hotel O ★★

"The first room they gave me had large gaps in the window blinds. Looked directly to bed area.  They were ok giving me another room but that one had  long black hair on the pillow case, like bedding had not been changed.  I slept on top of coverlet. Toilet paper roll was 2/3 used & I ran out during my 16 hour stay.  Luckily I had brought a book to read because I could not get the TV to work, with scrambled screen-despite following instructions multiple times.  Air conditioning worked well but noisy.  It was somewhere to stay on the road, at least."

Fairfield Inn & Suites Tehachapi ★★★

"The room is clean, spacious and bright, with complete facilities. There are many restaurants within 2-3 minutes' drive. The signal in the area is not good, and you need to download offline maps in advance for driving navigation, especially in recent days, some restaurants are under road construction, and the car circled several times before finding it. The hotel's breakfast is just like this, mainly to eat full. The waiter is very patient and enthusiastic."

"The hotel was alright, very close to the highway. I stayed there for a short night."

Best Western Plus Country Park Hotel ★★★

"We were there for 4 days. The price was just slightly more than I prefer to pay, however I must say that the rooms were clean and well maintained. The furniture was comfortable. The air conditioning and fan worked properly and was used the whole time we were there, due to the excessive heat wave. We used the refrigerator every day. The continental breakfast was sufficient and appreciated and good enough to get us on our way out for the day. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I have no complaints or suggestions. I would stay there again and recommend this place to others."
