"Perfect hotel for what it needs. Hospitality and amenities are adequate. The only downside is the reception and breakfast hours. I had to leave at 7/7:30 for work. At 7, there was no one at reception to collect my paperwork. Breakfast at 8 is a bit late."

"This hotel surprises you with their luxurious rooms. Our room had been updated with a fancy shower and room for four people. There’s a mini fridge and lots of closet space. The balcony affords an awesome view of the mountains. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. No complaints just compliments."

"Very unfriendly service, to the point when staff expressed their unhappiness about the type of plates chosen at theself service during breakfast, brafkast only sweet, coffee poor, staff complaining about using the entrance door in the evening - door was installed in such a way that it slammed when automatically closing, room doors impossible to close quietly. Room hot (highest floor), from the side of the street very noisy - noises coming both from the restaurant downstairs as well as in the morning: glass waiste removal. Really not recommended. Leaves the feeling of distaste"

"Sfeervol grand hotel met fantastisch eten. Echt een ouderwets familie (ski)hotel in de positieve zin. Ruime trappen, dikke houten balken, sfeervolle kamers (met airconditioning). Ga hier beslist eten! Als je buien kan zitten heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en een tuin waar de kinderen in kunnen spelen. Echt goed Italiaans eten met serieuze bediening. Topper!!"
