"Bekijk hotel, goed gelegen in het centrum van de stad. Alleen een kleine couac is er geen parkeerplaats. Dus je moet parkeren op de parkeerplaats voor het hotel dat betaalt in de dag tot 18 uur. We zijn welkom bij de receptie. We zullen er terugkomen ☺️"

"Geliefde ons verblijf in dit hotel. Eerst, de locatie, recht op de rivier Tarne, met wandelafstand tot het centrum en de prachtige Ste Cecile Cathedral. Zeer schitterende locatie, en hield van het luisteren naar de rivier. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel met de Nespresso koffiemaker in de kamer. Het ontbijt was cool, veel keuzes met verschillende soorten Nespresso koffie beschikbaar. Bonus die we niet hoefden te betalen voor parkeergelegenheid ook, misschien omdat het niet seizoen was. We vonden het echt leuk en zullen waarschijnlijk terugkomen om weer te blijven."

"Ik had een absoluut onvergetelijke week bij Hotel Lapérouse in Albi alles was gewoon perfect. Het hotel is ideaal gelegen in het hart van de episcoopstad, met een gemakkelijke toegang tot alle historische sites en de charmant straten van de stad. Het personeel was warm, welkom en opmerkzaam gedurende mijn verblijf. Mijn kamer was prachtig versierd, schoon, en ongelooflijk comfortabel de perfecte plek om te ontspannen na een dag van ontdekking. Een speciale vermelding voor het restaurant L’Alchimie, gelegen op slechts 100 meter van het hotel. Elk maaltijd was een echte vermaak, een combinatie van verfijning, creativiteit en lokale smaak. De dienst was ondoorzichtig en de sfeer was zowel elegant als ontspannen. Of het nu uw eerste keer in Albi is of u terugkomt, ik adviseer het Hotel Lapérouse voor een vreedzame en onvergetelijke verblijf. Ik zal zeker met grote plezier terugkomen! Sam."

"We booked 6 months in advance for a 2 night stay with our 2 young children. Only a few weeks before our stay the hotel cancelled our booking. The reason they gave us was that there had been an issue with the booking system and that they had now taken a private booking for the whole property. A convenient excuse, perhaps... They offered limited to no apology and no useful help to find alternative accommodation (they sent links to a few unsuitable options, including airbnbs). Given the short notice, other suitable accommodation was either booked up or charging high last minute prices. In the end we had to cancel our visit to Gaillac. I am writing this review as a warning to others considering booking here. The most basic thing a hotel should do is to honour bookings it has taken, particularly those made well in advance, and it seems this hotel cannot be relied on to do this."

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, inzet en aandachtig. Waar dit hotel echt uitstekend is in het restaurant. We hadden geweldige maaltijden (de kalf was sublime). Vermaak zeer en zeer aanbevolen."
