"We had a great stay! Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the room and the breakfast. The location is ideal for visiting Taranto (in the historic center). The room is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The breakfast taken on the terrace was excellent and very plentiful."

"The STAIRS! The stairs up to the accommodation were VERY steep. No lift, Getting cases up and down was a night-mare. And dangerous. There was no one to help despite asking, there were only two young women. We arrived at the place and there was no one to let us in and we tried phoning and couldn't get through to anyone, we waited out side for 45 min. Then another guest arrived and they had better luck making contact with the owner. This is appalling behaviour. we paid the cleaner lady when we left!"

"Dark and dingy room, completely unlike the pictures on the website showing it as bright, light and airy. Windows open to walls within touching distance. It was like a dungeon, and we decided not to stay. We booked elsewhere at the last minute and sought a refund for the 2 nights, but got nothing. Not even 50%. Utterly disgusted. Don Alfredo does not deserve your custom."

"Het hotel ligt in het midden van de oude stad, op de Via Duomo, waar alle winkels, restaurants, cafés en andere winkels zijn gevestigd. Wat er te bezoeken is, is hier comfortabel. Het hotel heeft een geweldig terras boven de stad. Hier is alles gepasseerd. Vooral te benadrukken: de vriendelijkheid van het personeel dat me bij verschillende wensen zeer geholpen."
