"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!"

CCYC7555帶娃出行選對酒店太重要了！這家真的完全超出預期✨ 環境乾淨整潔，房間寬敞明亮，給孩子準備的親子帳篷和小床超貼心，娃一進房間就開心到蹦躂。服務人員態度特別好，有求必應，辦理入住和退房都很高效，還主動給了小童洗漱用品。設施齊全又新，衞浴乾濕分離，床品柔軟舒適，住得特別安心。整體體驗感拉滿，家庭出遊強烈推薦，下次來還會選這裏！

Ttravelling with teensThe staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Some speak English. The room was very spacious with lots of tech gadgets and big tv screens. There were however no cupboards to put your clothes or suitcases in. The roof terrace with pool is really nice, but the restaurant in the basement is unwelcoming. Breakfast was cold and although they had a good coffee machine, they were not able to use it to make a good coffee. Instead of juice or tea they offered cola and sprite. Although we had a good stay we have to say that the prices for rooms in this hotel are quite high and the hotel in total doesn’t live up to those prices.

De kamers zijn volledig uitgerust met koffiecapsulemachine, 2 kopjes minikoelkast, optioneel consumptiekluisje, yogamat, halterweegschaal, Dyson föhn, zeer uitgebreid 🆓 De luxere executive kamers zijn hoogbouw en bieden uitzicht op het aangename landschap van het Xiongan International Hotel en Yuerong Park
🏊 Kinderen zijn dol op water💦 Er is een klein ovaalvormig peuterbad met een diepte van 60 cm voor kinderen. Het is leuk en veilig. De watertemperatuur is geschikt om te ontspannen hoofdsteun Het enige spijtige is dat er geen wegwerpbadhoezen zijn meegeleverd. Hoewel deze twee keer is gedesinfecteerd, zijn er, gezien de veiligheidsrisico's van reizende jonge baby's, nog steeds huidproblemen.
🥣 Het ontbijtbuffet bestaat uit vers gemaakte dikke loempia's. De vrouwelijke chef-kok heeft goede vaardigheden. De omelet is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk en de enkelzijdige en dubbelzijdige omeletten zijn ontworpen om aan de smaak van verschillende gasten te voldoen van salami. Het personeel bij de receptie in de lobby communiceerde erg warm en vriendelijk dames voor en na. Xiaoyi, onze huishoudster, was erg aardig in het bieden van hulp en het beantwoorden van vragen. Vanaf de avond dat we incheckten tot de dag dat we de volgende dag uitcheckten, was ze altijd bezorgd over het stellen van vragen en het vragen om hulp we kwamen laat aan en de kinderen waren dol op water en hadden nog geen tijd gehad om te spelen, dus ze hielp ons met het aanvragen van de vertraging, waardoor Xiaobao voor het eerst in zijn leven plezier kon hebben in het zwembad jij. DDARK-KI am extremely grateful to the hotel's Golden Key Brown, for bringing me a pleasant and unforgettable stay experience. I came to Xiongan New Area on a business trip. Brown provided me with a great deal of assistance, ensuring that my travels went smoothly. He arranged an airport pick-up service for me. Since the driver couldn't speak English, Brown thoughtfully provided a Chinese-English translation card for communication with the driver. He also arranged in advance the room type that I liked. The hotels in China are highly intelligent, and I really like Chinese hotels.Brown also prepared welcome fruits and a welcome letter for me. The welcome letter provided a detailed introduction to every part of the hotel, which I could refer to whenever I needed. The hotel covers a very large area and has numerous business premises. The content of the welcome letter was of great help to me. The hotel also offers free rides on sightseeing vehicles, and the scenery here is extremely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
