No.1, the air conditioner all around the room was not cooling well all the time. It’s hard to fall asleep with no sweats at the middle of night.
No.2, the projector has a bad function in use. It’s totally hard to get connected with your phone or any other smart devices, which means you just have to watch limited programs, not free to choose whatever you want.
No.3, the toilet was not crashing well. Be a little concerned about doing a poopoo.

"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. HHenry from Toronto, CanadaThis is a brand new hotel in a developing city. Everything in the hotel was modern. My room was quite large and the TV was gigantic. The free laundry facilities were the nicest I've seen during my 7 week trip in China. I tried the breakfast one morning, and it was decent.
The hotel seemed quite empty, likely because not many people and businesses have moved into the area yet. I did find a few restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. If I'm in the area again, I would stay at this hotel again.

LLuquanliuruHet was te schattig. Jinan rijdt naar de grote plannen twee dagen, en vond de voedselhulp. Ik had niet verwacht dat ik zou wonen in zo'n mooie tuin, en ik kon niet teruggaan naar het huis. De eigenaar was twee mensen enthousiast en geduldig, en hij plantte een tuin met bloemen en gras en honderd jaar van de ruggengraat. Het ontbijt was ook speciaal bedoeld om de lokale kenmerken te kopen, zeer lekker en comfortabel. Ik zag de mensen vliegen op het water van ijzeren bloemen op de avond in het meer van Liuyan, de band speelde en voelde me niet moe tot tien uur 's avonds. Het was leuker dan opzettelijk te spelen. Het is te leuk om te spelen met foto's van de nakomelingen en te weinig foto's te maken, de hygiëne is heel schoon. Er is nog een kans om hier te komen.

GGastgebruikerThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits.
Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy.
Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

🏠Er is welkomstfruit aanwezig, en afhankelijk van het seizoen kan er voor wat seizoensfruit gezorgd worden. De kamers zijn volledig uitgerust met koffiecapsulemachine, 2 kopjes minikoelkast, optioneel consumptiekluisje, yogamat, halterweegschaal, Dyson föhn, zeer uitgebreid 🆓 De luxere executive kamers zijn hoogbouw en bieden uitzicht op het aangename landschap van het Xiongan International Hotel en Yuerong Park
🏊 Kinderen zijn dol op water💦 Er is een klein ovaalvormig peuterbad met een diepte van 60 cm voor kinderen. Het is leuk en veilig. De watertemperatuur is geschikt om te ontspannen hoofdsteun Het enige spijtige is dat er geen wegwerpbadhoezen zijn meegeleverd. Hoewel deze twee keer is gedesinfecteerd, zijn er, gezien de veiligheidsrisico's van reizende jonge baby's, nog steeds huidproblemen.
🥣 Het ontbijtbuffet bestaat uit vers gemaakte dikke loempia's. De vrouwelijke chef-kok heeft goede vaardigheden. De omelet is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk en de enkelzijdige en dubbelzijdige omeletten zijn ontworpen om aan de smaak van verschillende gasten te voldoen van salami. Het is jammer dat er veel gebakken varianten zijn. Bananencake Hua De pannenkoeken zijn redelijk goed en de drankjes zijn er in overvloed. Ik ging om 9.30 uur ontbijten. Er zat niet veel meer in de roerbakgerechten en al het andere was behoorlijk compleet. De algehele smaak was behoorlijk bevredigend.
✨✨✨Het is de moeite waard om te prijzen dat het water in het zwembad echt schoon is en geen scherpe geur heeft. Het omkleden en douchen is zeer comfortabel? Het personeel bij de receptie in de lobby communiceerde erg warm en vriendelijk dames voor en na. Xiaoyi, onze huishoudster, was erg aardig in het bieden van hulp en het beantwoorden van vragen. Vanaf de avond dat we incheckten tot de dag dat we de volgende dag uitcheckten, was ze altijd bezorgd over het stellen van vragen en het vragen om hulp we kwamen laat aan en de kinderen waren dol op water en hadden nog geen tijd gehad om te spelen, dus ze hielp ons met het aanvragen van de vertraging, waardoor Xiaobao voor het eerst in zijn leven plezier kon hebben in het zwembad jij. Hoewel hij glimlachte, herhaalde zijn toon de afwijzing en voelde ik me ongemakkelijk kan niet worden geopend, anders zullen anderen dit voorbeeld volgen en denken dat er geen limiet is aan de tijd om zelf te eten. Als je klant bent, heb je alles nodig. Het ontbijt is niet high-end. Het is zo aantrekkelijk 🧲 De maaltijd was om tien uur gesloten. We zaten daar maar te wachten tot de peuters hun maaltijden hadden opgegeten Hoe lang duurt het? Maar als de peuters onder controle kunnen worden gehouden, hoeven we niet zoveel moeite te doen om naar de vraag te vragen. Voldoet het restaurant sinds de exploitatie niet aan de vraag? Kan een flexibel ontbijtbuffet worden aangeboden voor speciale groepen? wiens behoeften de 100 yuan overschrijden, op de agenda zetten?

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟
