"Overall, the room was nice; everything was provided (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner). Tea and coffee were provided in a bag. The room also had an iron and a kettle. We were greeted with complimentary water. There's a water cooler on the floor. It took us about 20-25 minutes to walk from the bus station. One of the drawbacks: instead of a room key, you have to install a special app. The reception will connect it to the hotel, and you can open the door to your room or the pool with your phone. One downside: our room has a door (locked) to the adjoining room. Because of this, you can hear everything that's going on in your neighbors' rooms (our neighbor was on a call with someone at 3:50 AM)."

"Als lid van de IGG verwachtte ik een betere ervaring. Het personeel was mooi bij het check-in en check-out en de poortservice was geweldig. Een prachtige kamer en een ongelooflijk comfortabel bed met veel keukenopties. Gewoon teleurgesteld door de badkamer die klein en afschuwelijk was en water niet gemakkelijk afzuigen in zowel douche als onderwater. Het was ook dicht bij de wasserij zo geluid en niet zeer rustig. Grote selectie van eten maar bereid te wachten. Het is een populaire etensplein."

"The worst!! Especially the managers !! Linens and towels all stained...hair strands everywhere..bed bugs..roaches.. moldy walls ..dirty bathrooms ... the carpets smell soo old..the balcony soo dirty and dusty..the ELEVATOR DOES NOT WORK!.. so we had to carry our luggage up and down those long stairs🙄🙄.. the worst experience ever!! .. the staff has great people but their managers just seemed to be rude people ... needs alot of makeover "

"City apartment hotel locates at a very convenient location. Its also very quiet and peaceful at night even though its close to the city. There's variety of rooms that you can choose from and it has spacious rooms. The service is nice but if you were to arrive late like after 12pm do call the reception to let them know in advance so they can wait for you. The facilities is a bit old and some sheets and pillow cases have stains on them. But a good reminder: that if you were to stay in the bring your own body wash, colgates, toothbrushses, and those personal stuffs because the hotel doesnt provide much. Otherwise I really enjoyed staying there for 3 nights. It was a good choice to choose to live if you wanna experience the city life."
