She helped me again tonight when I needed to extended my stay for two more days. Push a button here, pull a lever there and voila! I'm here through Monday morning. The world needs more Angyes. Honestly, I would only stay here again if attending an on-site event. The conference area, bar, and lobby are updated and nice, but the rooms could really use a major update (in fact, we stayed for an event a few years ago and rooms needed updating then). Our room was quite large, with sofa and sitting area, as well as a giant closet, so the space is set up well. It's just old - carpets were torn, paint scraped off walls, and I had to lift the wall air conditioner back into place; luckily it still worked (our friends' room did not), even though it was noisy. Bathrooms could use a redo as well - just very worn out, peeling wallpaper, and our sink faucets spun and leaked when we tried to turn the water on and off. And beware of the smaller elevators - my hand got stuck in one and the door wouldn't reopen until I hit the call button.

Oct2022: 3⭐: I selected this hotel as a result of needing a place close to the house with easy access to the airport. I selected this hotel through the Bonvoy app based on it fitting the criteria I desired. I wasn't able to get to the hotel until the afternoon hours about 1700. I picked up my spouse from the airport and we decided to get her checked in at the hotel on the way to the hospital down the toll road. I noted that the hotel was difficult to enter and it took a bit of concentration to locate the front entrance of the hotel as it sits over top of the tollway 90. There were two handicapped parking areas available at the check in lot. There is a pay parking garage attached to the hotel and adjacent to the front entrance into the hotel. The parking garage has more handicapped parking areas available and regular parking as well. The areas are not good for large trucks or RVs. The entrance was located and I parked and we went into the hotel. We walked to the front desk and a female worker didn't greet us, didn't say hello, nor did she say welcome to the hotel. The worker said ”give me your id”. My wife was standing there to my side and I looked to see if there was someone else there we had stepped in front of or cut in line. There was no one there but us. My wife said what did she say? Is this the check in desk? I commented that this is the check in window, right? What happened to the smile, good afternoon, welcome to Sheraton, or just hello. DEMANDING my identification upon entering the building was definitely not appropriate. Having a bad day isn't MY fault. I have a choice to choose this location, not the other way around. We finished the check in at the desk, paid for parking, and we went to the room. We dropped off the bags and found that the bathroom door sags and does not properly close as it's hitting the bottom of the frame. One of the window blinds wasn't properly functional. The noise canceling device and the traffic was something to tolerate. Some vehicle drivers passing under the hotel on the tollway, enjoyed throttling the engine. This added noise to an already bad situation. Decent area food spots are walking distance from the hotel.

Looks a bit rough on the outside, but the inside was great. We had everything we wanted ... 2 very comfortable queen beds, a refrigerator, a microwave and a hairdryer. Location was perfect for our stay. Our room faced away from the road and was very quiet.

The hotel is strategically located, opposite naitick mail, there is Macy's Department Store, there is food court on the second floor, there is Chilefang and pizza, there is a supermarket Aldi not far away, I am very convenient to buy fruit, and the elevated road to Boston is also very close.

The service at the front desk is friendly, the hotel is strategically located, just next to the expressway, and there is a large parking lot. The room we booked has a balcony, and the nearby floors are not high outside, and we can enjoy the sunset view. The airtight sound insulation effect is good, and it is not affected by the sound of traffic. There is a swimming pool, suitable for children to play in the water; there is breakfast, mainly cold meals, which are relatively simple; there is a gym, which children like. There is an American restaurant on the first floor, which tastes good and has a large amount of food. Small downside is a little bit of old smell in the hallway, maybe because of the age of the facilities, it's acceptable.
