"Wij waren gestrand in dit hotel, onze auto mocht niet verder rijden! Het personeel was enorm lief begrijpend en meedenkend. Ze stonden zo voor ons klaar. Echt fantastisch! Heidi en Thasanee en natuurlijk de rest van alle lieve mensen ThankYou So Much! Als we ooit in de buurt zijn slapen we weer bij jullie! De kamers waren netjes en schoon, alles was aanwezig ook koffie! Bed lag heerlijk stevig! Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en alles werd steeds (warm) aangevuld. Bedankt!!! En wie weet tot ziens! Selma"

"We stayed in Hotel for, four weeks in June, could not have been a nicer hotel experience. Nice location, very clean, quiet, modern, and tastefully decorated. The traditional breakfast meal was always fresh and had good variety of bead, meat, cheese, and fresh fruit. Restaurant meals were always hot and quality menu items. We especially enjoyed the Wednesday evening grilling on their large patio area. The staff and owners were friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Styer."

"I was here for coffee only. It is the only place you can actually go as far as we could make out. There was a closed museum, a closed shop and something akin to a garden shed in the hotel entrance which was apparently the magical Christkindl post office. Anyhow, we wanted to send a Christkindl postcard to a friend's son, so I bought the overpriced thing in the mini hotel gift shop. My Mum wanted to buy a couple of cards too (I got there a few minutes earlier) and she had to wait for ages for someone to take her money. I asked the owner's son and he said we would have to wait for his Mum to turn up. If it hadn't been the only option, we would have gone. After a few minutes, the owner turned up and we went to drink coffee there and write our cards (which didn't turn up anyway, so we could have saved ourselves this whole ridiculous performance). We waited and waited and the owner's son looked at us and let us sit there. Then a woman came in and he leapt up to serve her. The only good thing about the place was the waiter - Manuel. He was very friendly and was the one smile we saw at that place that day."
