"We had a very good stay. While there was a disturbance in the the middle of the night, the hotel acted quickly to resolve the situation and compensate us for the issue. A special thanks to Wilberth at reception for his excellent service. He and the manager Alejandro clearly stood out with their attitude and hospitality, turning a negative experience into what is now a very positive one."

"Hotelservice is erg goed. Het personeel begroet je allemaal met een glimlach en is professioneel. Ook al spreek ik niet vloeiend Engels of Spaans, ze hebben behoorlijk hun best gedaan om te begrijpen wat ik zei. Het is indrukwekkend dat roomservice 24 uur per dag beschikbaar is en dat er altijd wordt gecontroleerd op allergieën. Er zijn voldoende voorzieningen. Maaltijden kunnen ook worden gereserveerd via de hotelapp, wat erg handig en vriendelijk is. Eén zijde van het hotel is nog niet voltooid, maar de toekomst van het hotel is veelbelovend. Ze runnen een shuttle naar de beachclub met uitzicht op de Caribische Zee, en ook daar zijn ze vriendelijk. Ik hoop dat als je gewoon een golfkar van het hotel naar de bushalte kunt nemen, het gemakkelijker zal zijn om door de hotelzone boven of met de bus beneden te reizen. Ik ga lekker uitrusten."

"人生の終わりが近づいたとしても、きっと思い出すホテルだと思います。 それほどまでに、心に残る素晴らしい滞在でした。 何よりも、スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが本当に最高。一つひとつの対応が丁寧で温かく、「歓迎されている」と心から感じられました。 お部屋からの眺めも最高で、時間を忘れて見入ってしまうほど。 他の口コミで「建物が古い」と書かれているのを見ましたが、まったく気になりません。むしろ手入れが行き届いていて、とても綺麗で快適でした。 アメニティはフェラガモで、質も香りも素晴らしく、使うたびに気分が上がります。 また、お水のボトルが大きいのも地味に嬉しいポイントでした。 今回はこのホテルで年越しを迎えることができたのも、忘れられない思い出です。 年越しという特別なタイミングだったからか、可愛いぬいぐるみのプレゼントまでいただき、心が温かくなりました。 すべてにおいて満足度が高く、また必ず戻ってきたいと思えるホテルです。 自信をもっておすすめします。"

"I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!"

"Het hotel ligt aan de noordoostelijke punt van de boulevard van Cancun, waardoor je zowel aan de noord- als aan de oostkant toegang hebt tot het strand. Beide stranden worden beschermd tegen hoge golven door de pieren. De Turquoize suites zijn ruim en goed onderhouden en bieden een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Het hotelterrein is groot genoeg om er rond te wandelen. Het uitzicht op zee vanaf verschillende plekken is werkelijk schitterend. Het hotel beschikt over meerdere zwembaden, zodat gasten er een naar keuze kunnen vinden. Er zijn ook diverse restaurants en bars in het hotel, wat voor wat variatie zorgt. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en beleefd. De service is uitstekend. Over het algemeen een zeer positieve indruk van het hotel. De Turquoize suite heeft ook een apart gebouw, wat zorgt voor meer rust en een eigen zwembad met een mooi uitzicht op zee. Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan aan alle soorten bezoekers. Het enige minpuntje is het eten. Ik zou het eten 4 van de 5 sterren geven; het zou lekkerder en specialer kunnen zijn, net als de cocktails in de bars, maar dat komt misschien door het all-inclusive concept."

"Waar moet ik beginnen? Daniel, Erik en de hele ploeg waren uitzonderlijk. SLS Cancun ligt in de jachthaven, waarschijnlijk de duurste en meest luxueuze plek in heel Cancun. Er zijn tal van restaurants en een groot winkelcentrum letterlijk 7-10 minuten lopen van het hotel. De jachthaven is geweldig met veel goede restaurants en betaalbare restaurants. Ik verbleef in een van de suites die toevallig 2 badkamers en een volledig uitzicht op de oceaan hebben. Het beste aan dit hotel en de omgeving (de jachthaven) is hoe privé, veilig (hoewel Cancun veilig is) en welvarend het gebied is. Ik noem het gebied klein Miami. Als je een luide, luidruchtige omgeving wilt, is dit niet de plek voor jou. Maar als je een beetje klasse wilt en dan het lawaaierige gebied in wilt rijden en terug wilt naar de rust, dan is SLS iets voor jou. Mensen betalen om naar het strand te komen, dus het is een privéstrand, maar uiteraard gratis voor hotelgasten, zodat je nooit een luidruchtige groep mensen zult zien. Ik heb tijdens mijn verblijf een auto gehuurd via het hotel zonder zelfs maar een aanbetaling aan het autobedrijf te betalen en uiteraard krijg je elke keer een parkeerservice. De jongens zijn attent en helpen je altijd graag. Vraag naar Daniel en Erik, die jongens zijn alles wat je nodig hebt. Ik zie je snel."

"It was a wonderful experience. Especially room services for food at night were awesome. Playing beach volleyball was pretty fun. The broken door was terrible and the Italian restaurant service was not good but other than that overall is above the average."

"르블랑은 우리부부에게 오래도록 좋은기억으로 남을거에요. 니죽,하얏트 등등 여러곳을 지인들에게 추천받아 비교해보고 최종적으로 선택한 이유 중 하나는 한국 컨시어지분이 계시다는 것이었습니다. 멕시코가 많이 안전해졌다고는하나.. 혹시 모를 일들이 있기에, 도움이 필요 할 수 있을 방책으로 선택했고 이번 2주간의 긴 휴가에서 르블랑은 신의 한수였습니다. 르블랑 도착 전 툴룸에서 시간을 보냈고 에코프렌들리로 인기있는 아줄릭호텔에서 도난을 당한 사건.. 트립과 구글 리뷰를 살펴보니 왕왕있는 아줄릭 도난사건을 미처 파악하지 못 한 점이 정말 한스럽네요. 400만원이 넘는 피해를 보았고, .. 어떻게든 찾고자 노력했지만.. 멕시코는 영어대화가 어렵습니다. 경찰조차 영어를 쓰시는 분시 한분 계시지만 아주 어려웠습니다. 우리부부는 르블랑의 한국컨시어지분 김재하선생님의 도움으로 사건이 해결되진 못 했지만, 정신줄을 잡을 수 있었습니다. Jeha님이 없으셨으면 남은 바캉스의 일정들을 모두 망쳤을겁니다. 바쁜시간임에도 저희부부에게 집중해서 일처리들을 도와주셨고, 한국에 돌아와서도 안부를 챙겨 물어주시고 마음에 큰 위로를 주신 점.. 투숙객 손님에 대한 진정성에 깊은 감동을 받았습니다. 일의 해결순서도 매우 프로패셔널하셨으며, 호텔에서의 휴식과 모든 즐길거리들을 조리있게 설명해주셨습니다. 호텔 안밖으로의 스팟들과 팁, 심지어 포토존에서의 의상 셀렉 팁까지.^^ 무엇이 맛있고, 무얼 사는 것이 좋은지 등등 하나하나 사진까지 찾아 보여주셨습니다. 이런 분을 어디서 만날 수 있을까요. 매년 2번은 여행을하며 인생에 많은 부분을 여행에 초점을 두고 사는 딩크부부에게 처음이자 마지막일 귀인 재하님. 천국같았던 르블랑에서의 천사 컨시어지님♡ 올인크루시브는 이집트에서 즐겨본 적이 있습니다. 비교되지않을만큼, 르블랑은 우선 술이 참 남달리 훌륭했구요. 요리의 퀄리티 또한 뒤쳐지지않았습니다. 물론 좀 성의가 덜하다 싶은 것도 있긴했지만, 백가지 중 한개는 부족해야 인간미 있는 것이 아닐까요?^^ 몸이 지치시더라도 룸서비스보다는 곳곳의 레스토랑에서 즐기시길 추천드리구요. 클래스나 스파, 레이저쇼, 연주 등등 즐길거리들도 무척이나 다양합니다. 프라이빗 비치 또한 매우 청결하게 관리되어지고있습니다. 다른곳들과는 비교되기 때문에 어필 할 수 있는 강점이라 생각들고요, 칸쿤 뿐만 아닌 다른 곳곳에도 르블랑이 자리하길 바래봅니다. 신랑이 르블랑에서의 한달살이를 생각 할 정도로..ㅎㅎ 까다롭고 고지식한 한국남자가 르블랑 플렉스를 생각하니 두말하면 입이 아픈거지요.. 아직도 생생한 르블랑의 이모저모.. 를 다시 한 번 떠올리며..♡♡"
