We provide bird seed and encourage our guest to feed our furry friends as they enjoy the tranquility of the front exterior. The interior is wonderfully setup on 2 levels. . The first level contains 2 bedrooms both with premium mattresses and a full-sized bathroom. The living room, kitchen, dining room, wine bar and laundry room are also on this level. The master suite located on the 2nd and 3rd levels includes a spa shower, jetted hot tub and a loft lounge. The 1/2 bathroom, office and fitness area are also on the 2nd level. There are balconies on every level and on both sides of the house. Guest get to wake up to a sunrise over the ocean and end their days with a beautiful sunset over the sound.The Avon area is great to get away from the hustle and bustle of Nags Head but also has plenty of activities and restaurants. We recently made the dock more water accessible by lowering the height of the pilings.We have access to the community pool which just steps away. This house has a large open floor plan on the top level boasting a well equipped kitchen with an island, a spacious dining area, and a beautiful living room with fantastic views of the sound.
