The hotel/apartment was absolutely phenomenal! It had very modern facilities and amenities. It was a clean and modern apartment. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows and quiet at night. Very nice shower. I loved the use of the oven in the kitchen as well as the washing machine in the bathroom. The grounds were kept very neat and clean. I had a lovely view from my porch. It is a bit of a hike to get down the hill to the closest grocery store and then to bring your groceries back up. Another disadvantage of the location is that it is difficult to get a ride from their local rideshare app. However, there are taxis in the area. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was professional and friendly!

I was very disappointed with my stay. Sunlight entered the room from several areas, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. There were also constant and disturbing insect noises, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room felt quite small. Overall, the price was too high compared to the room and the services provided. On the positive side, the location was excellent, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, despite their good service, the accommodation itself did not meet my expectations.

Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Amazing! The hotel staff are professional and friendly. All our needs and requests were met promptly and with a great attitude. The room itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable. Location is a comfortable walk to the marina. Perfect distance for comfort and convenience. Had the best stay! Highly recommend.

Geweldige locatie nabij het centrum en de wijk Gümbet. Gemakkelijk vervoer, heerlijk ontbijt en uitstekende faciliteiten. Bovendien was de receptiemanager, de heer İlkay, zeer attent. Hier kunt u een heerlijke vakantie beleven.

Fijn verblijf. De kamer was een beetje muf bij binnenkomst, maar dat klaarde snel op. Het zwembad was spectaculair en had een perfecte temperatuur. Het personeel is aardig. Het ontbijt is geweldig. Niet aan het strand, maar op een korte wandeling van 15 minuten vind je strandclubs zoals Villa Azur of The Edition.

Prachtig hotel. Schone en moderne kamers. De kamer waarin ik verbleef, had een prachtig uitzicht over het eiland en Kos op de achtergrond. Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven, maar houd er rekening mee dat dit hotel bovenop een heuvel ligt. Als je vanuit Bodrum loopt, zul je moe zijn. Je kunt het beste een taxi nemen. Ik kreeg een goede prijs, waarschijnlijk omdat sommige faciliteiten, zoals het zwembad, nog niet open waren, aangezien ik er half maart verbleef.

Konum olarak şahane bir yerde. Oda Temizliği her gün yapılıyor ***et temiz. Havuz temizliği vasat ama havuza ihtiyacınız yok deniz çok güzel. Yemekler konusunda doyuyorsunuz ama beklentinizi yüksek tutmayın. İçecekler konusunda Alp bey imkanları zorlayarak elinden geleni yapıyor. Genel anlamda beklentilerimizi karşıladı diyebilirim.

Niet de meest vriendelijke mensen. Er zijn geen liften en niemand biedt aan om bagage de trap op of af te dragen. Het is een vrij vies uitziend hotel, we liepen door een overstromende afvoer en we konden het niet zien omdat er geen licht was. Ook is er maar één persoon bij het ei- en pannenkoekstation voor het ontbijt, dus het duurde bijna 30 minuten om ze te krijgen. De snacks om 15.00-16.00 uur waren op toen we er om 15.40 uur aankwamen. We waren met z'n tweeën op de kamer en ze wilden ons geen twee kaarten geven. Mijn vriendin kwam later thuis dan ik en ze moest iemand vragen om open te doen en ze probeerden met haar mee naar binnen te komen. Het was echter een goede prijs voor all-inclusive en het ligt heel dicht bij het strand en de feestgebieden.
