4-Starhotels in Napels

Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apartments actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

Camera pulita, comunicazione ottima!

Отель вызвал противоречивых чувства)). Положительное: Удобное расположение в центре города, близко к метро и достопримечательностям. Рядом супермаркет.В номере чисто. Что не понравилось: квест с заселением ( в принципе, всё понятно объяснено, какое кнопки, но нужно пройти 3 закрытых дверей). Расположение кондиционера под окном и за шторкой)). Слышимость от соседнего номера, а именно из туалета ( будто бы у тебя в комнате). И главное - ни утром, ни вечером не было горячей воды, только днём. Поехал бы я снова в этот отель, думаю нет

Het hotel is oud. De kamers zijn relatief groot en de faciliteiten zijn goed onderhouden. De enige douchekop in de doucheruimte is kapot en kan alleen met één hand worden vastgehouden, wat erg lastig is. De omgeving van het ontbijtrestaurant is erg goed, het landschap buiten het raam is zo mooi. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft een toegewijde persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor het distribueren van voedsel, dat goed georganiseerd lijkt en de voedselkwaliteit relatief goed is. Er is een toegewijde persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor de parkeerplaatsen en het parkeertarief van 40 euro per dag is relatief duur.

Een verblijf in Domis Vesuvio in Napels was een van de beste reisbeslissingen die we ooit hebben genomen. De locatie, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het centrale busstation, maakte het reizen door de stad ongelooflijk gemakkelijk. De accommodatie zag er precies zo uit als op de foto's: schoon, modern en uiterst comfortabel. Wat deze plek echt bijzonder maakt, is het personeel. Ze zorgden ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. Sara en Ginevra behoren tot de warmste en meest behulpzame mensen die we ooit tijdens het reizen zijn tegengekomen. Ze waren altijd bereikbaar, stonden klaar om al onze vragen te beantwoorden en waren oprecht bereid om ons met alles te helpen wat we nodig hadden. Het restaurant beneden, waar het ontbijt wordt geserveerd, was een ander hoogtepunt van ons verblijf. Het eten was absoluut heerlijk, de porties royaal en de prijzen zeer redelijk. De wijn die ze serveren is uitstekend en past perfect bij de gerechten. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding overtrof onze verwachtingen ruimschoots. We kunnen ons eerlijk gezegd niet voorstellen dat we ergens anders in Napels zouden verblijven. De volgende keer dat we Napels bezoeken, zullen we niet eens op zoek gaan naar een andere accommodatie – we wachten gewoon tot deze weer beschikbaar is. Een echte aanrader!

非常に綺麗なホテルだった。 お風呂はバスタブ付きかつとても広かった。 本当に良いホテルだったが、フロントの場所と宿泊場所が違うことには注意が必要だ。チェックインなどのフロントが絡むことはガレリア内のある部屋で行う必要がある。事前にメールが送られるはずなので確認しなければならない。 フロントの方の対応がとても親切で、迷ってしまったが全く嫌な思いをすることはなかった。 その点に注意すれば完璧な宿だった。

I really appreciate the service of this hotel. I left an IPAD in the room and my friend left a watch. When we contacted the hotel, they responded quickly. Although some staff had difficulty communicating with them, we were able to get our things back in the end. At the same time, TRIP.COM customer service also helped us in this matter.
