"This hotel listing was very deceptive. This is barely a hotel and is run more like a shared apartment. Take your money and business elsewhere!!! Check-in: Despite being in contact with the reception for a week before arrival, we received no instructions. During the regular check-in window, no one was there to check us or another couple of guests in. They can remotely open the door for you to enter which is helpful, but also a major safety issue. They opened the wrong room for us and we walked into a room with other guests items all over the room. Room: The room itself is fine, but not worth the price. There was only a top sheet on the bed and although we found a duvet tucked away, it was not covered with a duvet cover and was stained, making it impossible to use in a hygienic manner. The bathroom lights are also automatic so if you use the restroom or shower for longer than 2 minutes- expect to do so in the dark. Noise: There is a regular drum performer at a restaurant directly below room 2 and 3’s window facing the view that is extremely loud. When I asked the manager on WhatsApp she says this is common and goes until midnight on most occasions. This would have been nice to know in advance and once again- totally not worth the price for a room that is unusable until midnight. Deceptive listing: Overall the listing is quite deceptive promising a regular hotel experience with “concierge” and “luggage storage.” The luggage storage option was just to leave your bags out in the open. Since we saw no staff on site the entire first day and night of our stay, you are trusting your bags with anyone who may waltz through the property. We took ours with us to avoid the risk. The concierge service is absolutely a lie. The only contact we had with anyone prior to check out was all over WhatsApp."

The room was not cleaned properly, just one toilet paper ! Only one pillow per person We didn’t felt safe at all as it seemed like we were the only ones in there ."

"Upon arrival there was no one there to greet us , there was no safe storage to leave your suitcases unless you just want to leave them by the unmanned desk . the room had mould and flaking paint , no sound proofing noisy all through night wet room treacherous ,slippery floors, mouldy shower blinds and water covers everything in bathroom . Wet room sink nearly falling off ,No wifi , the room is on the ninth floor and you have to pay 10cents for lift every time you use it . I would avoid this place The only good thing is the location"

"Mooi schoon hotel. Voor het ontbijt: koffie, croissants, yoghurt, ontbijtgranen met melk, verpakte jam. De locatie van het hotel is een beetje verwarrend, want onder het balkon is er 's ochtends een markt, *******, er is overal een vuilstortplaats, maar het treinstation ligt op 7-10 minuten lopen , het was handig voor ons, omdat we gebruik maakten van spoorvervoer. Het is beter om 's nachts niet alleen te lopen. Dit is een aanzienlijk minpunt, maar het hotel zelf is redelijk goed. Wij hebben overigens eerder ingecheckt dan verwacht, bagage kan zonder problemen achtergelaten worden. Er is een goede supermarkt vlakbij het treinstation."

"Wij verbleven van 27 tot en met 29 december in dit hotel in Napels. De kamer is niet schoon en er zijn vliegen waardoor ik 's nachts moeilijk kan slapen. Alles wat de andere gasten zeggen (deur, kinderen, telefoongesprek) is te horen. Het ontbijt is ondermaats en het personeel is soms onbeschoft."
