"Het hotel is gloednieuw, in perfecte staat en brandschoon. De ligging vlakbij het trein- en metrostation maakt het leven erg gemakkelijk. Er is een café waar je voor een redelijke prijs een snack kunt halen. Het enige minpunt is de geluidsisolatie. Elke keer dat iemand een kamer in- of uitgaat, hoor je dat door de hele gang. De airconditioning maakt ook veel lawaai."

Het hotel ligt echter wel wat verder van de belangrijkste toeristische attracties, op ongeveer 20-25 minuten lopen. De weg van het centraal station naar het hotel kan 's nachts wat onveilig aanvoelen. De tramhalte pal voor het hotel biedt echter een oplossing voor eventuele veiligheidsproblemen."

"Beautiful suites in the heart of Naples and a short walk from the port and the buzz of the central shopping areas. A warm and friendly welcome from the reception team. I had read reviews and remembered to keep a couple of 10c for the lift as it’s 9th floor. After about 6pm the list is free to use. Suite has a well equipped en suite. A fridge and safe. There’s a large supermarket right around the corner and a taxi rank. Receptionist kindly booked us a taxi for the airport. The rooms are super clean and it smells and looks fresh. A large TV with many stations from around the world. Plenty of sockets to charge up. A charming and welcoming hotel and highly recommend for couples"

"What a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended."

"The room I stayed in may have been apparently clean... but that doesn't take away the continuous noises during the night that made my two nights sleepless. Continuous noise all night... loud noises... probably coming from some shop... metallic noises. I also add... and I'm sorry to point this out because I respect even the most humble jobs... but I've never seen an intrusiveness and indiscretion from the waitress... who did nothing but ask us questions about what we were going to do during our stay without us involving her. Kindness yes... but not intrusive... Sufficient breakfast... I expected something more considering the expensive price. Breakfast room too small... forced to sit very close together and cramped... given the size of the tables. During the reservation our credit card was also blocked... but we were not informed of this. We noticed it during our purchases. I don't think I'll go back there during my trips and I strongly advise against it. The center is full of other hotels."

Zodra ik 's avonds bij het hotel aankwam, droomde ik er niet eens van om uit te gaan. Maar de volgende ochtend ging ik de andere kant op kant en liep rond omdat de straten aan die kant schoon waren en ik naar een heerlijk café kon gaan. Het was zo lekker? De persoon die voor mijn bagage zorgde was erg aardig en de airconditioning in de kamer was geweldig, dus ik ben zeer tevreden met deze prijs! Als je je nog steeds zorgen maakt, zou ik het aan mannen aanbevelen in plaats van aan vrouwen!"

"De locatie was ideaal en zeer dicht bij de centrale trein/busstation. De kamer was groot en comfortabel. Ze bereidden een fles water per gast 2L, wat geweldig was. De check-in kan soms moeilijk zijn (Ik moest meer dan een half uur wachten...) Je krijgt een kopje drank en een brood voor ontbijt. Je kunt jezelf helpen koffie of thee te krijgen."
