"Het hotel is oud. De kamers zijn relatief groot en de faciliteiten zijn goed onderhouden. De enige douchekop in de doucheruimte is kapot en kan alleen met één hand worden vastgehouden, wat erg lastig is. De omgeving van het ontbijtrestaurant is erg goed, het landschap buiten het raam is zo mooi. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft een toegewijde persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor het distribueren van voedsel, dat goed georganiseerd lijkt en de voedselkwaliteit relatief goed is. Er is een toegewijde persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor de parkeerplaatsen en het parkeertarief van 40 euro per dag is relatief duur."

"Cheap stay in naples before we headed down towards Sorrento. Naples is a classic city, very busy lots of traffic and quite unique to naples the constant beeping of the horns. Which would wake you on a weekday morning. We walked into the centre and it’s hustle and bustle. The plus points room was comfortable, tea coffee and snacks complimentary, security of the building was great and very close to the airport for a quick taxi to the room. I would not recommend getting a hire car as there is no where to park. Negatives Shower tray leaked out the door, towels provided sorted this. The kettle still had water in and needed a clean. For a cheap stay near the airport with family, this is perfect!"

"During my stay, I brought a regular pizza with no unpleasant or strong odors and planned to eat it inside my hotel room. However, your front desk staff informed me that eating takeaway food in the room was not allowed. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in nearly a hundred hotels worldwide, and I have never encountered such an unreasonable rule for ordinary odorless food. This regulation was not mentioned at check-in or during my booking process, which made me very confused. To follow your rule, I chose to finish my pizza in the hotel lobby. After I finished eating, I could not find any trash bins inside the lobby. I then asked the same front desk staff where I could dispose of my garbage. Surprisingly, he told me that I had to go outside the hotel to throw it away. After I searched the surrounding area and still could not find a bin, he simply guided me to a public trash bin about ten meters outside the hotel entrance without any further help. I paid 300 euros per night for a four-star hotel and expected professional and thoughtful service. For a standard four-star hotel, a staff member with basic professional training should offer to help guests dispose of small trash. Even if he was alone at the front desk, he could have asked a colleague to cover the reception temporarily, as the trash bin was only a very short distance away. The staff’s name sounded like Vanef. For identification purposes only, this staff member is a heavyset male. This description is purely to help you locate the on-duty employee and is not intended as any form of disrespect or offense. I am extremely disappointed with his service attitude and strongly doubt his professional competence and basic hospitality training. His service standard is completely inconsistent with the reputation and star level of your hotel."

"The elevator requires a 10-cent euro coin during different time periods. When I checked in, I borrowed coins from the gatekeeper and later returned them to him. "This is not a hotel or B&B as described, It’s some kind of room renting ! No coffee or tea bags and when asked the answer was that they didn’t have any !! It was the only time we had seen someone ! The room was not cleaned properly, just one toilet paper ! Only one pillow per person We didn’t felt safe at all as it seemed like we were the only ones in there ."

Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo."

"The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the location is very central. The street itself isnt great but it is a very short walk to all areas. The hotel did seem to have a lot of mosquitos for some reason and we struggled to keep them out of our room. It was the only time in our whole trip we saw them in our room and the lift. The room was cleaned everyday and reception staff were very helpful and friendly."

"In de rij achter het centrale treinstation in Napels, relatief stil. Het is ook gemakkelijk om te reizen. De hotelhall is nog schoon, de kamer is niet groot, de badkamer is nog steeds vrij schoon, de reis is nog voldoende, vergeleken met de regels en regels."
