The hotel was excellent. We did have a small issue with our air conditioning on our first night of 3. We got it working good enough but there was a service tech the next morning and fixed it 100%. The manager really stepped up and addressed it asap. The rooms are nice and modern. The square is a bit scary with homeless and people just hanging around. We never did feel in danger but it is unsightly. We were just a few steps away from the train station and that is why we booked. The homeless is the only reason I wouldn’t give 10/10.

I absolutely loved the property. The rooms were spacious and clean and they let me check in very early. It’s centrally located to do just about everything you would want to do in and around Naples. It is located near the train station and 2 metro lines which, on the plus side, makes transportation easy; but on the minus side, the train station tends to attract a lot of vagrants. Nevertheless, I would wholly recommend this property.

Great little hotel, very well located for Napoli Centrale for trains and Napoli Metropark for buses. I was staying just one night in Naples and I couldn't have been happier with the location, service, or the room. Some reviewers have stated the area around the hotel as not the best, I understand their point but to me it was no different to any other Italian or indeed, European, city so don't let that turn you off, particularly for a short stay. Armando is a super friendly person, would happily return.

The room was very clean and new. The staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. This location is in close proximately to shopping, sites, bus station, etc.

Very nice place run by nice people. The area is a little dodgy but I’ve seen worse. Right beside train station so very convenient. I’d stay there again for sure.

Lovely rooms in night great area but very close to the main train station.
Rooms quite noisy and our kettle clicked all night long. Couldn’t work out where the noise was coming from till the next morning.

Pleasantly surprised of the quality of this tiny hotel. Right across the street from Napoli Centrale, and minutes walk to restaurants on the other side of Plaza Garibaldi.
The room was quiet, clean, and had all the amenities and toiletries needed.
Armando was a pleasure to deal with, and provided all the information via WhatsApp.
Strongly recommend it.
