"Het is slechts 10 minuten rijden vanaf het tolstation Changde, en onderweg kun je genieten van het nachtelijke uitzicht over de stad, wat erg mooi is 👍. Het hotel ligt vlakbij de Daxiaohe Street Night Market, op 10 minuten lopen of 3-4 minuten met een gedeelde elektrische scooter, erg handig. Er is voldoende warm water, de airconditioning warmt snel op, de kamer is goed geventileerd en de toiletartikelen zijn van goede kwaliteit; de handdoeken en lakens zijn erg schoon. De kamer is goed geluiddicht, maar omdat het in het stadscentrum ligt, zijn er vrij veel gasten, dus er kan wat geluidsoverlast op de gang zijn. De ontbijtkeuze is uitgebreid; ik heb de rijstnoedels in Hunan-stijl geprobeerd – de bouillon is heerlijk! Het personeel is geduldig en enthousiast. Omdat ik vrij laat incheckte, vroeg ik of ze een bezoek aan de Daxiaohe Street Night Market aanraadden, en ze zeiden van wel, het is uniek en er zijn veel snacks te koop – absoluut de moeite waard!"

"Starry hotel design was very artsy and unique. The rooms were well equipped and functional. We had the first good coffee in ages at the breakfast. There was washers and dryers but didnt use and not sure if need to pay or free. Overall, a very one day stopover stay at Changde. We had really good & peaceful rest."

Very helpful staff and very sincere in attending to our questions! A nice quiet hotel that’s near to 河街 and overall a very comfortable stay! The staff was very attentive and helped us receive our buys too! They took the extra mile and even provided us with some drinks and snacks after we checked out! 👍👍👍

I had a great experience in this hotel, hotel was really nice and clean, amenities and room cleaned daily, it is really premium hotel experience. I went to a hotel restaurant, we were a group of around 8 people food was really nice and service was good I recommend this hotel, will come back :)

酒店服務員態度都好好呀，辦理入住是前台小姐姐就告訴我哪兒早餐，哪兒可以健身，哪二可以吃好滴，哈哈，真有被熱情到，然後一個叔叔就幫忙把把行李送到房間，本來行李也不多，但是都不好拒絕的那種，然後四樓餐飲也很不錯，準備的餐前小吃還不錯的，下次還來住啦。

説實話這是我住過性價比最高的酒店，首先位置非常好，然後就是房間真的挺乾淨的，衞生這方面做得非常好！設施呢也是比較完善齊全，整體環境讓人很舒適，工作人員服務態度也不錯，跟海底撈服務不分上下他們總是願意幫助我們解決問題，並提供一些旅行建議。還給我免費升級套房，環境也很棒，衞生也沒得説，設施齊全，還會提前打電話，這家酒店住着還很舒服，出行都很方便，樓上還是商場，真的旅遊或者來出差辦事，都很方便，很推薦！！！

We needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

物超所值！三星價格、四星品質，保安大叔專程帶路到停車場，為了我們一大家人在一層，前台小姐姐專門給我們升級了房間。房間內整潔乾淨，物品應有盡有，床很柔軟，還有一個小型會客廳！服務員非常有禮貌，知無不言，誠懇接受改進建議。離開時，我們不慎將一個化粧包遺失在電梯口的茶几上，到家後抱着試試的心態打電話回去，沒想到短短十幾分鍾就得到了反饋，而且把化粧包郵寄給了我們。在此衷心感謝貴酒店，為符容小姐姐點贊，祝願貴酒店生意興隆、眾員工萬事如意！！！
