The backyard is a pleasant and peaceful escape with a double decker deck, patio furniture, firepit, and hammock all available for use by renters. This house is handicap friendly with only two steps at the entrance of the house, no stairs within the house, grab bars in the master bathroom, and a shower seat in the master shower. Downtown Daphne and Spanish Fort provide excellent shopping and dining opportunities. Quick interstate access makes for easy travel to Mobile (15 minutes), Fairhope (15 minutes), Foley and Gulf Shores as well as Biloxi (about an hour) and Pensacola. The studio looks out on a large green space to the street leading down to one of Daphne's bayfront parks, boat launch, and the Waterfront Restaurant with great bay views.
