"It was our 2nd time staying in here. Expected all 4/5 stars based on previous experience, but it wasn’t. Our bathroom floor was very slippery with oil, so we had to be careful not to fall. I figured out very late night that entire slippery bathroom floor must have caused by pesticides. I saw 3 small cockroaches were climbing walls and went in under the sink. We were assigned one king bed, instead of two queen, was what I booked for. The mattress didn’t look like laying horizontal. It was sinking towards to the headboard. I should have requested changing a room, but we checked in late and my child already took a shower. We were going to leave early morning, so just hold my eyes closed. The hotel will have a renovation entirely from Nov. for a few months. Hope it will be clean floor to ceiling with replacing old cracked furniture to new ones. But I will probably not stay again here after this experience."

"Na de aankomst wachtte de klerk 10 minuten om te komen. Zelfs geen excuses voor vertraging. Geen ander in de lobby. Incheckt en dan moest ik 10 dollar voor indulgentiekosten? en als niets gelast zou crediteren terug om de kaart te betalen. Ik wilde haar niet laten zien, maar de dienstmeester met zilveren kort haar met roze riem zei dat het nodig was. De volgende morgen vroeg dezelfde dame of er geld terug zou worden toegevoegd, maar ze zou mijn kredietkaartafdeling aanmelden. Of was dit een manier om klanten te krijgen onwilde snacks of goeie dingen te kopen uit uw snackgebied?"

"From the moment we went up to our room on the fourth floor. We walk out of the elevator and the picture on the wall is cracked to pieces still hanging on the wall, Instantly not a good impression. We got into our room and there’s hair in the bathroom shower, caked up dust on the blinds, behind the TV. You could tell this room isn’t clean. The vent above the stove is absolutely disgusting. You don’t wanna walk on the floor because you can feel the grime on the floor. The vinyl is peeling off the shelves. Tonight 1-16 we walk down and this guy looked messed up, walked by us and told the lady at the front desk to roll up 8 grams in the pipe and to smoke it and went in the room with her. The shade at the front desk was closed and customers were waiting to be serviced. I understand that the prices are cheap to stay here but I did not think it was going to consist of hardcore drug *******, and people on ***** roaming the parking lot. We were gunna stay here 21 days but we are definitely not under these circumstances! Also!! Almost none of the washers worked!!"
