Upon arrival at Lanta Triple Novel, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home, assisting us with everything we needed. We stayed in the bungalows, which were spacious and well-equipped. There was a clothes drying rack inside and another on the porch—this was the first hotel where we had ample space to dry our clothes. The porch was furnished with plastic chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The bungalow featured a small kitchenette accessible from the porch through a side door, which is convenient if you're planning a longer stay. Inside, there was a small plastic wardrobe for storing clothes and a mini-fridge. The only thing missing was a table and two chairs inside the room, which would have added to the comfort. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room cool. The location was very quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. The only minor inconvenience was during heavy rain when the metal roof became quite loud. We rented a scooter from the owner at a decent price, making it easy to explore the island. Although there's a restaurant as part of the hotel, we didn't have the time to dine there. Originally, we planned to stay for three days but ended up extending our stay to four because we enjoyed it so much. The location is perfect—it's close to the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner where you can get everything you need for your stay. It's a 4-minute drive to Saladan Pier, so you'll have an easy time catching ferries or speedboats for further travel. Overall, our experience at Lanta Triple Novel was excellent. The friendly owner, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made our stay memorable. I had an amazing stay at the brand-new Phumala Lanta Seaview Resort! The bungalows are unique, built on stilts amidst lush greenery, with a magical view over the treetops and the coast. Staying here feels like being in a small fairytale, with comfortable beds, modern air conditioning, and a lovely terrace featuring both a bathtub and sun loungers. Between the bungalows, charming lighting in the trees creates a special and cozy atmosphere in the evenings. If any challenges arise, the staff and owner are incredibly attentive and resolve everything quickly and efficiently. The service is truly top-notch! The resort is just a 5-7 minute walk from a beautiful and peaceful beach, and shops and restaurants are also nearby. Across the road, Pad Thai Rock n Roll serves absolutely amazing food, and their staff is incredibly friendly – a must-visit during your stay. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it from four to nine nights. Note that the hotel shares its reception with Bakantiang Resort, so make sure to mention this to your taxi driver to find the correct location. Highly recommended!

I have travelled around Thailand for a month and this was one of my last stops. Out of every hotel I stay this was my favourite one. The staff were SO helpful with everything. They helped me book speed boats and gave me recommendations to all the best places. I rented a scooter from them and it was in good condition and super convenient for the island. The breakfast that was included was delicious and the hotel rooms are super comfortable. Overall I would say my favourite thing about this place is the staff. All of them are amazing, friendly and kind people.

The house is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the boss is very attentive and considerate, and the recommendations are all good. The facilities need to be improved. There is no hair dryer or kettle. You have to ask for it before you can get it. It feels so strange. Is there a hair dryer for washing hair? Why bother? The deposit of 1,000 is also strange. I stayed in 6 hotels during the whole trip, and this is the only one that requires a deposit. It may be due to the peak season. I booked a room on Ctrip. 8 Chairman Mao tickets for one night are too expensive and do not match the facilities. I think 4 or 5 tickets are OK.

Hoewel ik het vijf sterren geef, moet ik iedereen die komt waarschuwen dat er veel gezinnen met luidruchtige kleine kinderen zijn en dat de ruimte vrij klein is, dus je zult ze zeker horen. We verbleven een nacht in de appartementen aan de overkant van de straat, wat naar mijn mening niet echt de moeite waard is, en de t****e nacht in de strandbungalow naast het zwembad. Het was leuk, prachtig strand en uitzicht, maar nogmaals, ga er misschien niet heen als je op zoek bent naar rust en stilte, want ik hoorde beide dagen alleen maar schreeuwende kinderen.

I rarely give 10 out of 10 but moonlight deserved. Location is great.North is noisy and a little bit crowd, south is not convenient. Moonlight is in middle of lanta and just near the sea.It has its own beach and there is a wood cabin you can lay down to get massage. Food is good.My package includes breakfast.There are fresh fruits, bacon,yogurt .I stayed 2 days in moonlight ,the 2 days' breakfast is same but delicious . Room is clean and towards to ocean.I booked ocean view room and the view is stunned. Service is 11 out of 10! Staff is very polite and enthusiastic.You can fell everyone is so happy then you'll become happy too.Trust me, moonlight is perfect place to chose.

Room is very comfortable, bed is good, linen is clean, a/c is new. Towels are old, but clean. Territory of hotel is wonderful, everything is so green and beautiful. Frogs sing at night. Very calm place if you want good sleep. I stayed at low season, so some things were abandoned, sunbeds are in bad condition, shower near swimming pool didn't work correctly. Staff is nice. My light in room didn't work, so staff solved this problem on this day. Breakfast is good, you have choice. Long dao beach is very flat, so its good place for families with children I think. Good thing that you can order tickets to ferry on reception, but you need to verify the price (sometimes is better to buy in pier, its just 1,5km from this place).

Het resort ligt aan een hele drukke weg. Dus de hele dag en nacht hoor je auto’s en met name knetterende brommers en scooters voorbij razen. Slapen zonder oordoppen onmogelijk. Kamers zijn ruim met zwembad voor de deur. De kamers zijn tevens erg gehorig. Zorg dat je niet in de buitenste kamers wordt gedumpt, anders mag je de hele tijd tegen een muur van een andere kamer kijken. De prijs die wij moesten betalen was te hoog voor wat we kregen.

Alle medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. Ik verbleef in kamer C12 en boekte een verblijf van 4 nachten aan zee. Het personeel had een verrassingskamer voorbereid voor mijn verjaardag en jubileum. Dit is het uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Het eten is niet erg goed. Het personeel hier is niet erg systematisch. Schoonmaken gaat langzaam. Sommige dagen is het al donker voordat het personeel komt schoonmaken. Het is geen normale tijd zoals een normaal hotel. We hebben 2 rondes geboekt voor in totaal 9 nachten. We zullen moeten verhuizen naar een kamer C6 met zeezicht voor 5 nachten. We zullen de review op Agoda voortzetten. Alle medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. Bungalow lag op een rustige locatie en heeft een klein terras met een tafel en twee stoelen. Er zat o.a. ook een touw bij om de was te drogen (erg praktisch). De kamer was schoon en ook mooi ingericht. Helaas was het bed een gruwel: de matrasveren drukten zo hard in je rug dat je niet kon slapen. Wij hadden daar kritiek op. Vervolgens hebben ze een kussentje op de matras gelegd, wat het enigszins verbeterde. De eigenaar steekt veel moeite in het ontwerpen van het resort, dat oud wordt.
