"一個被忽略的民宿，説實話真的特別特別不錯，不知道什麼原因入住率缺不高，比起各種宣傳營銷好的那些民宿首先壞境和服務一點不遜色。相比於那些節假日動輒上千的真的一點不差，不知道為什麼入住率卻很低，從服務員的溝通中瞭解得知是因為該民宿是ZF進行運營的，所以才會出現很多運營上的小瑕疵。我們是三個家庭一起預訂的，店員服務熱情，讓我們三個家庭都感受到了大美山東人的熱情，不愧是好客山東，各個細節提現的淋漓盡致。如果還有下一次的出遊，肯定還會選擇這家店的。房間照片忘記拍了，能感覺出房間是那種非常正規的場面人住的那種😁"

"在費縣，應屬不錯的酒店，科技感、智能化也很強，再加上兩張一米8的大床，看起來很完美。不過，提幾點建議，希望能優化： 1.科技是為人服務的，而住宿服務的根本還是要服務睡眠。床底感應燈帶，太敏感，且亮度太高，手一搭，被子稍一滑，燈就亮了，對於本身睡眠質量不太好的人來説很不友好，一晚上亮了七八次，醒了七八次。 2.電動窗簾，很高級，但同樣應該回歸本質。酒店窗簾，一在於私隱，二在於隔光，而隔光做的並不好，中間及兩邊縫隙太大。 3.既然走科技智能路線，就要關注好功能穩定可用。入住房間小愛同學未做好帳户和設備的關聯，無法控制燈光，窗簾，電視在內的設備。同時，建議一下，可以把電視做大，現在電視成本不高，但提升感受效果很好。 4.收取住店按金的做法，建議取消。這是十幾年前信任關係體系未能很好建立時的做法，現在雖説無錯，但給人感受不好。 5.早餐要提升一下，會提升一天的整體客户感受。 6.學習一下比如亞朵酒店的經營和服務方法理念。 希望越來越好，下次回費縣還會入住。"
