"有一説一，先説好的，房間很大，裝修較新，服務員從前台到房務都還可以。不好的是，房間電源某個總控裝置應該壞了，不斷的斷電重開，搞到房間照明經常一眨一眨的，電視關機不斷要重開，工作人員來了幾次也搞不定。房間裝修較新但日常維護保養不足，天花牆身都有不少的污漬。客廳有麻將桌，但要收取 50 塊的開台費，對於一晚近一千房價來説是不是過於小氣呀！我住過這麼多地方都沒試過的。
最後説説酒店的水上樂園，室內室外都有各自的水上遊樂池子和泳池，還有加温的“温泉池”，水源應該都是山泉水，但需要吐槽的是更衣室的保管箱，是掃碼付費 5 元存儲的，5 元沒問題，但一掃碼就先扣了 25 元，保管結束之後要自己上微信小程序辦理退回 20 元，這擺明就是一個坑，要是你沒留意，以為就是扣了 5 元而沒去核對付款記錄的話，那就成了冤大頭了😭"

"地理位置是首選，為什麼沒有選吾悦廣場？因為那種大商場千篇一律沒啥意思。特意回來老城區看下，附近的龍城商圈，都是小時候滿滿的回憶。去了怡源，四中，高觀市場，中豪廣場等等。酒店裝修挺新的，店內房間沒啥好拍的，參考其他人圖片。定位準，就是原來的東南大酒店。酒店在車子左邊，往前開幾十米，有個停車指示牌拐進去，需要自費停車費，一天封頂40元。酒店會報銷20元。整體比較滿意，建議推薦。"

"民宿在貞山的盡頭，是第一道的山泉水，兩個大泳池，一個娃娃池，有救生員，有早餐，有沖涼換洗房，200多一晚，性價比高，好多佛山佬過來，10台車九台粵y粵e的，下面貞山賓館就多廣州深圳的，但我覺的這裏山水最好，第一道水，安靜有多樹，又便宜，選這裏和樂而不為呢，走路下去100米就是雲水謠農莊，也可以玩溪水呢，唯一不好就是普通房間都比較小，裝修有點舊嘍，衞生還行的，泳池晚上會放光換水，不住宿單次買票30元，停車位挺多的，下面財富泳池15元，但看圖10一牆之隔的下面泳池水色就知道"

"房間簡直超預期啊。看大門邊上還有倉庫招租裝修的，前台就一台自助機，還有點擔心。結果進裏面一看走廊就是標準酒店的風格 房間又大又乾淨，裝修也新，電視裏面免費的節目多，客服回覆及時。這裝修環境比千篇一律的全季還好 但價格衹要其他酒店的零頭，院裏還隨便停車，簡直太有性價比了。唯一的遺憾就是周圍太荒涼點外賣難。"

GGastgebruiker設施方面：前台在悦公館2棟四樓439B（有阿姨在前台，辦理入住需要電話加微信辦理），有電梯，房間比預期的要大，無異味，地板牆壁都很乾凈，裝修風格簡約舒適，冰箱無異味，洗澡水壓適宜，浴室空間恰到好處，掛鈎多很方便，排水ok。投影儀有一點點歪不太好調整（不影響正常觀影），桌子要是高一點像下層B間一樣就好了（方便電腦辦公），房間插座很多燈控也方便，有床頭氛圍燈（藍色）和裝飾樹燈✨，空調很涼快（26度甚至有點冷），窗台有晾衣架，網速打遊戲刷視頻沒問題。樓下就是吾悦廣場吃喝玩樂很方便，附近車流多打車可能有點久。房間樓層稍低樓下是燒烤攤晚上有點噪音，對面有施工地，樓層高點就完美了。
服務方面：怒贊👍第二天的物品補給和衞生清潔需求會提前微信詢問，垃圾放門口阿姨很快會收走。離店可以在前台免費暫存行李（需微信告知前台），走的時候落了一個掛件多虧阿姨提醒，感謝感謝🌹
公寓中午十二點退房，建議提前做好離店準備。

The room is spacious and clean. They only provided housekeeping when required, this is because most of the guests are with important valuables.
Super strategic location with just a few minutes walk to Tian Guang Xu and surrounding with eateries from day to night time.
Indeed there are many Jade polishing shops at same street and you can hear the noises in morning. As my room is at high floor so it was not a concern to me at all.
Will definitely come back again

AAnonieme gebruiker房間內設施還是不錯的，然後酒店的設施也是很完善的，在酒店的頂樓好像是有洗衣機洗衣房，但我還沒有去過，然後房間裏面呢，是有投影儀的設施還是很完備的，然後房間也挺大，就是隔音有點差，隔壁房間在唱歌的聲音都可以聽到，然後周邊的外賣也很多商場之類的也有地方可以逛一下的。

De kamer van de kamer is zeer zorgvuldig gereed en de details zijn vol. De kamer is zeer benuttigd, de slaapkamer is droog, de beddengoed is comfortabel, de intelligente apparatuur is ook zeer moeizame en het leven is zeer gemakkelijk. De locatie van het hotel is geweldig, zeer dicht bij de winkel, het eten in de omgeving is handig en is zeer geschikt voor een toerisme. Het ontbijt is rijk, vooral de nuts is zeer geschikt voor het smaken.
