During holidays when it's almost fully booked, it's like having two elevators serving 18 rooms each, resulting in extremely long elevator wait times. Third, upon arriving at our room, we were exhausted and needed a shower to relieve the day's fatigue, but the shower room didn't have shower caps! I've never experienced a hotel like this before. We called the front desk, who said that shower caps weren't provided in the shower rooms, only at the front desk. So, it was another round of waiting for the robot elevator to bring the caps, another extremely slow wait. Fourth, since there were two of us staying there, and we tend to fight over blankets at night, we specifically called the front desk before bed to ask for an extra blanket to prevent us from getting cold. However, the front desk told us they didn't have any extra blankets… Don't normal hotels provide spare blankets? In summary, I've never had such a terrible stay. And this isn't a newly opened hotel; shouldn't these issues be proactively addressed? Doesn't hotel management really need to be improved?"
