"Ladies, please pay attention. The system is flawed and doesn't show occupancy. Our room door was swiped into twice – once by a maintenance worker and once by a cleaning lady. My room, 1007, couldn't be deadbolted; only the security latch worked. The parking lot has no lines, so everyone parks wherever. I parked in a spot that didn't block access, but property management called me early in the morning to move my car. I was still asleep, and they called my home directly. I had just gone to bed at 7 AM on New Year's Eve morning and was woken up without cause at 8 AM to move my car – this is absolutely outrageous. Then at 9 AM, the cleaning lady swiped into my room – absolutely outrageous. To prove this, I've attached the chat log with the hotel manager. The hotel did call to apologize afterward, but I find it unacceptable and demanded a refund for one night's stay, which the hotel refused."
