"看到圖片環境很不錯，就嘗試預訂了一下。看到有差評也是有點擔心。但是説實話，可能這個東西還得是看個人，訂的房在背陰面…想調到陽面，前台小姐姐很熱情。服務態度也很不錯。環境跟圖片確實相符。打開攜程覺得還是評價一下比較好，評分與實際不符，我覺得挺不錯的居住感覺。每個人的感覺不一樣，可能也就是碰到特殊情況了才會給差評吧。下次還住這裏…哈哈哈，對得起我花的錢吧，謝謝酒店的熱情服務啦…有些差評還是不能太認真。滿意滿意！"

"跟家裡人出來玩的，第二天早一些入住，跟老伴娘小姐姐説完提前給我收拾出來的讓我提前入住，特別多好，房間裏很明亮，特別的乾淨，衞生，小姐姐還給我全屋都消了一遍毒，在房間裏還弄了一些當地海鮮，特別完美。滿分💯真心推薦推薦

GGastgebruiker房間設施很全面，入住順利，唯郡是我當年在鳳城接觸的第一個設計項目，八年回來故地重遊，死去的記憶又回來了，樓下的步行街以前無聊的時候經常逛，對於這次旅遊住店這個位置也很方便！早上在附近吃完早餐直接去爬鳳凰山一切非常順利加愉快！給商家提個小建議，浴室門外建議增加給防滑墊，洗澡後出來浴室的鞋都會把外面弄濕，一次性拖鞋踩到非常滑，帶長者住店很怕他們滑倒。

HHeidashitou房間不是很大，但整體還可以，對於要早起爬鳳凰山的我們來説，也沒有特別多的要求。床墊很舒服，但是衞生間不是特別喜歡，沒有乾濕分離，看得出是改造的老房子的，瓷磚貼的貼紙，地上放了一層塑料滑墊，那種墊子屬於很難清理的，所以看起來就會心理有點不適。老闆很熱情，態度也很好，整體跟宣傳圖還是有些不同的

GGastgebruiker⭕️位置：在村子裏，有一點點偏，但是跟着導航也能找到，衚衕有點窄，自駕的如果是相對大一點的車會有點難進，距離鳳凰山3公里左右。
💦衞生:很乾凈，一個民宿這樣的衞生環境肯定是用心了的，10分。
🛁設施：這是我唯一要提一點建議的地方，首先，洗漱備品不全，香皂、洗髮水、沐浴露都沒有，那一次性牙刷掉毛厲害，牙膏還不起沫沫……
還有就是不知道我是沒找到還是沒有吹風機，希望店家能夠改善。

總體來説非常不錯，純正的農家小院，種的花花草草，早上起來看到心情舒暢！

GGastgebruiker酒店位置非常不錯，樓下有很多飯店可以選擇，大型超市，好想來零食超市，麥當勞，咖啡店等很多，很方便。
從這裏到鳳凰山開車五六分鐘路程。晚上還可以河邊散步。
賓館在九樓，電梯非常方便。

GGastgebruiker在鳳城算是比較好的酒店了，應該是本地比較有實力的企業家開的，裝修不錯，位置也好，離大梨樹、鳳凰山都很近。衞生打掃的不太乾淨，剛入住就發現馬桶裏麪和外面有撕碎的手紙，希望改進。

GGastgebruiker從鳳凰山下來不需要很久就能到這個賓館。賓館在一個商業體裏，周圍配套設施很全，購物吃飯很方便。商場地下可以停車，最高收費20元，個人感覺非常方便。

AAva gy房間真的沒話説，乾淨立正，而且環境特別好，一進小院心情就立馬安靜下來了，而且還能給生火，自己帶食材可以烤串，上圖，自己看吧，感覺看了圖，就不用我多説啥，建議來周邊玩的朋友都可以住這，比市內的快捷合適哦
