"De kamer is goed, groot, de nieuwe voorzieningen zijn rijk en modern. De ontbijtsoorten zijn ook rijker en de vruchten zijn goed gesneden druiven, blauwe druiven en grassmeel. Maar de kamer die we hebben geregeld is niet de stadskamer, maar de andere kant. Het resultaat is dat de nachtelijke geluidsoverlast van de auto te hoog is, niet goed slapen, een kamer moet worden veranderd, maar er is geen ruimte, de nacht zal zijn."

"We paid in advance for the room. On the hotel check in policy the hotel on fine print stated that we can check in latest by 6 am the following day. At 3:15 the hotel tagged us as a no show contrary to their contract with us. We were turned out into the street in Spokane even if they had already received our funds in advance. They have declined to give us a full refund for what was their fault. We spent 10000 usd on trip.com per month and would caution other business travels to be aware that their actual actions are different from stated and wanted to share our experience of being put out in the street. We don’t want other people to go through the same. I’ll do we did not use the room at 3:15 AM after almost 20 hour journey from Houston to Seattle by train from Seattle to Spokane arriving to get into the hotel to rest and shower denied. I don’t want anything else to go through the same experience it was terrible."
