Hotels met spa in Cam Lam

We stayed in Alexa villa just for one night as a quick get away, and the whole time we had wished to stay longer. Beautiful calm resort, on a beautiful beach. The resort was very well maintained with beautiful clean gardens, we ate in both the pool and buffet restaurants which we enjoyed. The villa itself was wonderful. Clean modern homely. A nice little private pool, comfortable furniture, amazing bed and bedding. The 3 bedroom villa was very spacious for the 3 of us who stayed. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Were already planning our next visit.

Dicht bij de luchthaven, maar ver van de stad, met de taxi duurt het ongeveer 40 minuten. Het merendeel van het personeel is vriendelijk, maar het resort is zo groot dat je een buggy moet gebruiken, maar tijdens drukke tijden is de wachttijd lang. De netheid van de kamers en het zwembad is gemiddeld. Er zijn veel faciliteiten zoals restaurants, zwembaden en waterparken in het resort, zodat u ook als u alleen in het hotel verblijft een fijne vakantie kunt hebben. Het is moeilijk te zeggen dat het perfect is, maar over het algemeen ben ik tevreden met de prijs.

My husband and I had an amazing stay here. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The views from the hotel were incredible! I definitely recommend this hotel when you stay in Nha Trang.

Bright, clean, elegant with vibrant and warm services from the staff. It was in general a comprehensively enjoyable and relaxing experience with all amenities within your contemplation provided in this one single resort. The highlight for us are the breakfast and the range of amenities. The breakfast food is diverse and fresh. We were particularly impressed with the viet noodles and the egg station, which are unique and fresh to the order. Of our three-night stay, these are the staple stations we go for during each of our breakfast sessions. Next comes the amenities. Be sure to check out the pool and the beach! Unfortunately we didnt have time to check out the tennis court, yoga, golf and spa..

큰 리조트 안에 몇개만 여기가 운영하는것 같았고, 버기를 불러서 이동이 가능한데 버기를 불러 달라고 하면 내가 말한 시간에 맞춰서 보내주지 않아서 좀 싫었어요(저녁 9시 말했는데 7시에 보내거나 그런식) 그리고 인피니티풀 이용 시 수건 제공하지 않는다고 수건 하나당 돈을 받는데, 당당하게 가서 걍 가지고 가면 아무말 안 하고 그냥 사용하게 해줬음. 튜브, 공 등 공기를 주입하는 기기가 인피니티풀에 비치 되어있는데, 앤이라는 담당자는 그 사실도 모르고 있어서 당황스러웠음. 그외 다 좋았어요, 방 넓고 프라이빗 비치 가깝고, 버기 없이 그냥 걸어다닐 수 있는 정도이고, 세탁기 있어서 편했고, 조식이나 기타 음식은 나쁘지 않았음. 단, 길게 묵을 경우 룸서비스 메뉴가 한정적이고 달라지지 않아서 좀 질릴수 있고, 그럴 때에는 음식 그냥 배달시켜 먹어도 되긴 해서 나쁘지 않아요

Everything was the best, including the room facilities and services. All-inclusive style was also very satisfied. I would like to stay this hotel again when I come to Nha Trang.

The resort was a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. The facilities were excellent, and the year-end event in particular was very enjoyable and well organized. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding areas where service quality could be improved, especially within the restaurant. While the overall experience was positive, the attitude and responsiveness of some restaurant staff were disappointing. For instance, when I requested hot sauce, I was informed that it was unavailable, despite it being clearly visible behind the staff counter. This created unnecessary confusion and frustration. Additionally, during the breakfast buffet, the milk ran out and I politely requested a refill. A staff member took the empty container away with a visibly irritated expression, but the milk was not replenished for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. As a result, several guests, including myself, were unable to use it. Even after making eye contact with the staff while waiting, there was no follow-up or indication that the issue was being addressed. In contrast, the lobby desk staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, which made a positive impression. I believe that with additional training and service management for the restaurant staff, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced. I hope this feedback is helpful, as the resort has great potential to become an even better destination. 이 리조트는 훌륭한 휴식과 좋은 시설을 갖추고 있어 행복한 휴가를 보내기에 매우 좋은 곳이었다. 특히 연말 이벤트는 매우 기억에 남고 즐거웠다. 하지만 서비스 품질 면에서는 개선이 필요한 부분이 많다. 특히 식당 직원들의 태도와 대응 방식이 실망스러웠다. 예를 들어, 핫소스를 요청했을 때 없다고 안내받았지만, 실제로는 직원 뒤에 분명히 놓여 있었다. 또한 아침 조식 뷔페에서 우유가 떨어져 리필을 요청했을 때, 한 직원이 짜증 난 표정으로 우유병을 가져갔으나 약 30~40분이 지나도록 끝내 우유를 채워놓지 않았다. 이로 인해 나뿐만 아니라 다른 손님들 역시 우유를 이용하지 못했다. 기다리는 동안 그 직원과 눈이 마주쳤음에도 불구하고, 그녀는 전혀 신경 쓰지 않는 듯한 무관심한 태도를 보였다. 전반적으로 로비 데스크 직원들은 친절하고 만족스러웠지만, 식당 직원들은 더 나은 교육이 필요해 보인다. 이러한 부분이 개선된다면 이 리조트는 더욱 훌륭한 곳이 될 가능성이 크다.

I slipped and fell in the shower room, and the hotel team did not know how to deal with it properly, and some of them were having not acceptable attitude. The bathroom had no anti-slippery met and I was wearing my own anti-slippery slippers. But still the shower room floor was way too slippery and I fell on my right hand. I immediately felt the pain and could not move my hand. After I got out of the shower, I called one touch service. The lady who picked up initially wanted to send someone to clean my bathroom. I told her that I did not need it to be cleaned since I was done with it, but my hand was hurting. She probably did not understand what I was saying and kept saying she would send someone to clean. then I told her I would like to talk to the duty manager. It was not even 10 PM but she told me it was too late. I insisted to talk to the duty manager because I did not care how late it was. It was my hand that was hurting. Eventually, a male manager came to the phone and asked me again what happened, sounding impatient. After I had to repeat the situation again, he promised to send a nurse to check me out. However, when the nurse came, I figured that he did not say a word of English, and it was very hard for me to communicate with him. And duty manager did not even show up. I called one touch service again a male picked up. He said he was not the manager who talked to me and said that I can use Google translate to talk to the nurse. I mean if a guest was hurt in your room at least you need to have the courtesy to visit apologize and check out what happened. But no, they sent me a nurse that could not even communicate with me. After I insisted to have the manager to come to my room because I know such a huge resort would definitely have a night manager on duty. At this point, it was not about me falling in the shower room, but the irresponsibility the team showed dealing with the situation. Eventually, Viktor the night duty manager came when the nurse finished examining and treating me. He said that it was the afternoon shift manager who picked up my phone. I stated the situation again to him and I did not need any compensation. I wasn’t complaining about him but the afternoon shift manager who did not show responsibility. It seems to me, he was about to get off duty and did not want to take care of anything. This was a safety concern and I’m surprised about the negligence the team displayed.

Relaxing place but quite far away from everything, restaurants are pricey (compared to Nha Trang). It was difficult to reach the hotel before arrival (via trip.com or via their communication channels). Therefore, it was hard to plan ahead and when we arrived, everything was fully booked (SPA or special dinner by the beach). They upgraded our room to the executive floor (same size but higher floor), but can not enjoy the executive lounge. Don’t miss the sun raise it was beautiful. Breakfast buffet has enough choices but everyday I heard customers broke a plate (maybe the space is too tight). The rainforest pool was fun with the water slides. And we also enjoyed the main pool with a stunning view. We tried the kite flying activity down at the beach but 11am was too hot for the kids. (The sun is right up). We also wanted to go coconut harvest but the weather is too hot. It maybe better if they can consider switching them to the afternoon. No late check out but you can enjoy the pool and other activities in the hotel.

A wonderful large villa with a beautiful view. The villa comes with basic kitchenware. The beach is gorgeous, and the pool is nice. It's conveniently located near the airport. However, there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The villa has a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave.
