"Hotel is just outside Na Trang on a beach that I think was called Bai Dai. New hotel, so immaculate. My room was perfect for a rest day, large French windows that I opened fully and relaxed on and off the big balcony. Staff super friendly. It’s a resort so would need transport to get into town. Very few other guests on my visit."

"The resort was a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. The facilities were excellent, and the year-end event in particular was very enjoyable and well organized. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding areas where service quality could be improved, especially within the restaurant. While the overall experience was positive, the attitude and responsiveness of some restaurant staff were disappointing. For instance, when I requested hot sauce, I was informed that it was unavailable, despite it being clearly visible behind the staff counter. This created unnecessary confusion and frustration. Additionally, during the breakfast buffet, the milk ran out and I politely requested a refill. A staff member took the empty container away with a visibly irritated expression, but the milk was not replenished for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. As a result, several guests, including myself, were unable to use it. Even after making eye contact with the staff while waiting, there was no follow-up or indication that the issue was being addressed. In contrast, the lobby desk staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, which made a positive impression. I believe that with additional training and service management for the restaurant staff, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced. I hope this feedback is helpful, as the resort has great potential to become an even better destination. 이 리조트는 훌륭한 휴식과 좋은 시설을 갖추고 있어 행복한 휴가를 보내기에 매우 좋은 곳이었다. 특히 연말 이벤트는 매우 기억에 남고 즐거웠다. 하지만 서비스 품질 면에서는 개선이 필요한 부분이 많다. 특히 식당 직원들의 태도와 대응 방식이 실망스러웠다. 예를 들어, 핫소스를 요청했을 때 없다고 안내받았지만, 실제로는 직원 뒤에 분명히 놓여 있었다. 또한 아침 조식 뷔페에서 우유가 떨어져 리필을 요청했을 때, 한 직원이 짜증 난 표정으로 우유병을 가져갔으나 약 30~40분이 지나도록 끝내 우유를 채워놓지 않았다. 이로 인해 나뿐만 아니라 다른 손님들 역시 우유를 이용하지 못했다. 기다리는 동안 그 직원과 눈이 마주쳤음에도 불구하고, 그녀는 전혀 신경 쓰지 않는 듯한 무관심한 태도를 보였다. 전반적으로 로비 데스크 직원들은 친절하고 만족스러웠지만, 식당 직원들은 더 나은 교육이 필요해 보인다. 이러한 부분이 개선된다면 이 리조트는 더욱 훌륭한 곳이 될 가능성이 크다."

"Relaxing place but quite far away from everything, restaurants are pricey (compared to Nha Trang). It was difficult to reach the hotel before arrival (via trip.com or via their communication channels). Therefore, it was hard to plan ahead and when we arrived, everything was fully booked (SPA or special dinner by the beach). They upgraded our room to the executive floor (same size but higher floor), but can not enjoy the executive lounge. Don’t miss the sun raise it was beautiful. Breakfast buffet has enough choices but everyday I heard customers broke a plate (maybe the space is too tight). The rainforest pool was fun with the water slides. And we also enjoyed the main pool with a stunning view. We tried the kite flying activity down at the beach but 11am was too hot for the kids. (The sun is right up). We also wanted to go coconut harvest but the weather is too hot. It maybe better if they can consider switching them to the afternoon. No late check out but you can enjoy the pool and other activities in the hotel."

"We spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting. The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth. We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile. Special mentions: • Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been. • Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him. • Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing. The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh. Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead."

"Dicht bij de luchthaven, maar ver van de stad, met de taxi duurt het ongeveer 40 minuten. Het merendeel van het personeel is vriendelijk, maar het resort is zo groot dat je een buggy moet gebruiken, maar tijdens drukke tijden is de wachttijd lang. De netheid van de kamers en het zwembad is gemiddeld. Er zijn veel faciliteiten zoals restaurants, zwembaden en waterparken in het resort, zodat u ook als u alleen in het hotel verblijft een fijne vakantie kunt hebben. "The beautiful view, excellent service, and friendliness were all very satisfying, but it was disappointing that privacy was not guaranteed. A foreign guest treated our pool villa as if it were their own accommodation, taking photos constantly—even when people were out trying to relax—and making loud noise. If not for that memory, I would love to return to the beachfront."

"Our second stay at Swandor Cam Ranh and it was even better as we went during a better season. Perfect sunshine with pools and the beach. The shows were great and the food just as good as last time. Special mention to all the Animators team, Mark and Yulia and Mani from Cuba. The activities they organize made our stay even more fun. Their energy levels boosted all of ours as well!"

"I traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan. The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport. More about the resort: I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly. My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well. My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym. The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people. The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views. In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!"

"We kozen Wyndham Garden Resort voor onze familievakantie met drie generaties. We boekten het omdat het bekendstaat om zijn goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en het personeel zo vriendelijk was dat we van begin tot eind een aangenaam verblijf hadden. De accommodatie was mooi en comfortabel. De indeling bestaat uit een slaapkamer, een woonkamer en een keuken op de begane grond, terwijl de eerste verdieping twee slaapkamers en een wenteltrap naar het dakterras heeft. Onze kamer lag tussen het hoofdgebouw en de zee, en omdat het direct aan zee lag, was het er heerlijk koel met een verkoelend briesje. Zodra we binnenkwamen, stond de airconditioning vol aan, dus hebben we de temperatuur iets hoger gezet. Het zwembad bij de accommodatie is aan de kleine kant, maar het hoofdzwembad is groot en biedt een prachtig uitzicht omdat het direct aan zee ligt. Er is een restaurant naast het zwembad waar je kunt genieten van maaltijden en drankjes, en die zijn heerlijk. Terwijl wij aan het zwemmen waren, aten mijn ouders een biefstuk en we probeerden ook pasta, spiesjes, hamburgers, Tom Yum Goong en meer – alles was smakelijk. Vooral de signature burger was ongelooflijk lekker; Het sap spatte er bij elke hap vanaf. Mijn ouders zeiden zelfs dat ze er tijdens hun hele verblijf alles hadden kunnen opeten. Hoewel er twee aparte zwembaden zijn, is de kinderspeelplaats op basis van de diepte in twee gedeeltes verdeeld, zodat je kunt spelen in het gedeelte dat het beste bij je past. Er is een speelplek naast het zwembad en een pad dat naar het strand leidt. Het strand is prachtig onderhouden, waardoor het ideaal is om foto's te maken en in de golven te spelen. We hebben met z'n tweeën een wandeling over het strand gemaakt en de zonsopgang gezien, die werkelijk adembenemend was. We hadden hen per e-mail laten weten dat het de trouwdag van mijn ouders was, en we kregen een antwoord dat ze de slaapkamer zouden versieren. En inderdaad, ze versierden de t****e verdieping zo prachtig met bloemen en handdoeken dat mijn ouders er helemaal weg van waren. Bovendien was ons verblijf op de maankalenderverjaardag van mijn moeder, en hoewel Trip.com eerder had aangegeven dat dit niet van toepassing was omdat het de maankalender was, hadden ze een kleine taart voor ons klaargemaakt, wat erg attent was. Ik waardeerde het ook dat ze direct reageerden als we problemen hadden. De jaloezieën werkten niet, dus ik was ermee aan het prutsen en toen vielen ze eraf. Toen ik contact met ze opnam, kwamen ze het controleren en stuurden ze een technicus om het te repareren. Daarna hebben ze de kamer zelfs nog een keer schoongemaakt. Ook brak er een pot honing toen we onze bagage verplaatsten, maar ik waardeerde het dat ze het controleerden en de situatie uitlegden terwijl ze ons de camerabeelden lieten zien. (Het was fijn om de video zelf te zien, zodat we duidelijk konden begrijpen wat er gebeurd was.) Terwijl we op de buggy wachtten, had een medewerker een boodschappentas bovenop onze koffer gezet tijdens het verplaatsen van de bagage; waarschijnlijk door de wind viel de tas eraf en brak zodra de medewerker even wegliep. Omdat het een cadeau voor mijn ouders was, heb ik het gemeld in de hoop op zijn minst een verontschuldiging te krijgen. Ze hadden gewoon kunnen zeggen dat het niet hun schuld was en het daarbij laten, maar ze namen de moeite om de camerabeelden te zoeken en die aan ons te laten zien op het fruitplateau, en zeiden dat ze het spijtig vonden dat zoiets was gebeurd, ook al was het niet hun schuld. Dat alleen al was genoeg voor mij. De buggychauffeur die we de volgende dag voor het ontbijt hadden gebeld, zei echter dat hij zijn excuses had aangeboden voor wat er gisteren was gebeurd. (Mijn ouders en ik liepen, terwijl mijn man en kinderen in de buggy zaten.) Bovendien bood een medewerkster die goed Koreaans sprak bij het uitchecken haar excuses aan. Ze zei dat ze het van de manager had gehoord en bood ons aan om ons wat gratis koffie te geven als we iets in de winkel zouden kopen. Toen ik mijn ouders om hun mening vroeg, vroegen ze waarom ik iets zou moeten accepteren als het niet hun schuld was. Ik wilde weigeren, maar de medewerkster staarde ons zo indringend aan dat ik mijn moeder meenam om even te kijken. De kokoskoffie was goedkoop, dus ik stelde voor om er een te nemen. De medewerkster vertelde dat ze in Korea dol waren op gedroogde mango's en gaf ons die erbij. Ik voelde me erg schuldig, maar ze glimlachte en zei dat het goed was, en legde uit dat zij op onze bagage hadden moeten letten. Ik was zo ontroerd; ik had nooit verwacht zo'n verontschuldiging te krijgen. Mijn man zei ook dat we hier de volgende keer zeker weer moesten verblijven. Ik ben van plan om in de toekomst weer in Wyndham Gardens te verblijven als we naar Nha Trang gaan. Er kunnen altijd dingen gebeuren tijdens het reizen, maar als een plek alles zo goed regelt, zal de reis hoe dan ook goed aflopen. Voor ons is dit incident zelfs een mooie herinnering geworden. Het was een heerlijk resort en we vonden het jammer dat we met het hele gezin niet langer konden blijven."
