Hotels met spa in Phnom Penh

I have been to this Phnom Phen location three times, and also to the Siem Reap location. I consistently chose the Rambutan because of their amazing service and staff, and how incredibly warm and friendly the staff is. The entire team will go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, safe and experience a joyful trip. They sincerely want to make sure you are well-cared for and enjoy yourself without being pushy, it always feel genuine and from the heart. The location is also nice in BKK1, close enough to the major tourist attractions and nightlife while managing to be an urban oasis away from the intensity of riverside. On the grounds, there is a pool and garden, and the comfortable clean rooms include secluded balconies and alfresco private stone bathtubs. They are also an environmentally and socially responsible business, investing in their staff and local community. This was one of the initial reasons I chose to stay. The included free breakfast is excellent and a wonderful way to start the day on holiday, served fresh poolside as they cook to what you order off the menu, and their lunch, dinner and bar menu is top-notch and delicious, offering a wide variety of Western, local cuisine, fresh drinks and nice cocktails I have used their spa before on previous trips, and they are very professional and everything is clean and above board. If you’d like a secure and tranquil base during your time in Phnom Phen or Siem Reap, will always recommend the Rambutan properties and their staff.

I recently stayed at Novotel Phnom Penh and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is new, modern, and beautifully designed, with a location that’s extremely convenient — just steps away from convenience stores and plenty of great restaurants. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of options. Their signature rice noodles are an absolute must-try! What impressed me the most was the exceptionally friendly and thoughtful service. When I checked out and was waiting for my car, one of the staff members even offered me a takeaway coffee — a small gesture that truly made a big difference. I’ll definitely choose Novotel Phnom Penh again when I return to Cambodia. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phnom Penh! I’ll also like to recommend Hotel should provide once off slippers due to the foot hygiene issue.

The perfect hotel in the centre of Phnom Penh with all the entertainment only minutes walk away from the hotel. Hotel is very nice and room are very well designed. Staff is very friendly and food in the skyward is very good and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for business or holiday travel in Phnom Penh.

Dat werd geserveerd in een nabijgelegen restaurant, waar halflege tafels met eten stonden en er zelfs geen gewone koffie was. Alles werd ons tegen een meerprijs aangeboden, terwijl het ontbijt bij de prijs inbegrepen was. Daardoor kwamen we tot de conclusie dat de enige manier om fatsoenlijk te eten was om het apart bij te kopen. Dit is een zeer onaangename situatie, zeker voor een viersterrenhotel. Ik zal hier zeker geen t****e keer verblijven.

Very good room, clean and got nice amenities. There is a rooftop smoking area on the 7th Floor that is 24/7, if you want easy access then be sure to ask to stay on the 7th floor. There's free lemon water downstairs in the lobby. Breakfast is quite decent, they make you a few different noodles as well as your standard breakfast buffet. There is a deposit of $100 USD required and they prefer cash as paying with card can take 1-30 days to return the money. There is some temporary parking out front so getting transport is quite easy, as well as getting food delivered. This place isn't marked on Grab so you'll need to be quite precise with the location for delivery, as well as providing a picture of outside of the hotel for your Grab delivery address. The room itself has automatic curtains, multi-styled plugs for international travelers, good lighting so you can sleep with the right amount of lights on if you want to. Hotel staff is confirmed to be 24/7 at reception, they'll always be someone there and they speak quite good English. Around the corner is a small local convenience store for buying extra water or local cigarettes. Down the road a bit is a 24/7 ABA Bank ATM that withdraws only in USD in amounts of 100USD bills so getting deposit for this place isn't that hard. However because the ATM does only 100USD bills, breaking this note at local shops is quite difficult.

Locatie is erg goed. Servicepersoneel en service is goed. Maar kamer wijkt altijd af van online beschrijving. Laatste keer geboekt als laten zien dat er een bad was, maar dat is niet zo. Deze keer geboekt met openluchtbad met balkon, maar geen balkon.

Tegenover AEON 1 voor leuk winkelen en eten. Er zijn nu 3 AEON-winkelcentra in Phnom Penh. Een tuktuk die via een app wordt geboekt, kost 6.000 riels voor een ritje naar de Night Market. De dame bij de receptie is zo lief. Ze boekte een tuktuk voor me en ik betaalde contant rechtstreeks aan de chauffeur. Heel erg bedankt. Voor zover ik me kan herinneren werkt het receptiepersoneel niet van 3.00 tot 8.00 uur. De kamer is ruim en alles is gemaakt van hoogwaardige materialen. Ik ben dol op het zwembad op de 41e verdieping. Adembenemend uitzicht op de rivier en de stad daarboven. Het restaurant is op dezelfde verdieping, dus we liepen erlangs om het zwembad te gebruiken. Er waren geen andere gasten toen we allebei gingen zwemmen. Het zwembad is open vanaf 7.00 uur. Een kleine kleedkamer en toilet bevinden zich vlakbij het zwembad. De fitnessruimte is op de 7e verdieping. Hoge kwaliteit en geweldige service. Er was niemand aanwezig toen we aan het sporten waren. Nadat de gast klaar was met het gebruik van de loopband en het zweten, kwam een ​​mannelijke medewerker de machine schoonmaken. Heel goed! Handdoeken zijn beschikbaar voor gasten in zowel de fitnessruimte als het zwembad. Het in- en uitchecken verliep soepel. De borg van 50 dollar werd terugbetaald in zowel Amerikaanse dollars als riel. Really charming rooms with a cool little swimming pool. Staff were as helpful as their English would allow. No safe in the room.
