I think it’s a Chinese boss. I feel like I’m still in China in their apartment. It’s all in Chinese. I heard that it’s the first time I lived in their house. The front desk actually upgraded me to an executive suite. Oh, I’m going. The kitchen and all self-service washing machines must be praised! There is a 24h supermarket downstairs, and you can also play golf on the second floor. I went to look for tea when the guests came at noon. I asked the front desk. There is a tea room, which is very convenient. It seems that I can live here when I come back to work.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

I had the most wonderful weekend at the Himawari Hotel and Apartments. I stayed at one of the newly renovated rooms and it was really great! I had a nice view of the Mekong river. The showers have good water pressure too. I was also impressed at the staff of the hotel. Incredibly polite and courteous, which put a smile on my face always. As a return guest, I was so pleased that some of the longer serving staff remembered me! It made me feel at home and that Himawari is one big family ❤️ I’ve always enjoyed my meals at the Oyster restaurant too. Buffet breakfast always excellent, as well as their regular menu. My favorite are the fish and chips (as good as any high end restaurants I’ve been too) and the beef Lok Lak over rice. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Himawari when you’re visiting Phnom Penh. I’ll be looking forward to returning in the future!

About 30 minutes walk to the central market or the royal palace. lWeak WiFi. Helpful staff in the lobby. Inexpensive meals in the restaurant.

Arriving in this elegant hotel was a relief from the coach ride. After receiving room numbers and swipes our luggage was scattered to the four winds. Those of us who didn’t have names to our luggage were lost in translation and after waiting 45 minutes took action myself. Concierge had communicated that all luggage would be left somewhere for those of us to claim. They were left on 13th floor. Anyway running up 5 flights as lift a bit slow due to 60 plus of us arriving finally retrieved our luggage. Hotel room much more spacious, modern and new. Communication by staff poor understanding of English and the eagerness to please over rides anything else. Catering for large groups not their forte even though they knew previously as bookings were made months in advance. Not enough staff on the floor to manage the numbers and expectations were high from previous hotel in Siem Reap. Room service first night took up to 2 hours to receive as one chef on. By rights I was taught anything over 20 minutes food is compensated/free. In the heart of CBD, AC in room only, rooftop bar n swimming pool, adequate wifi (was able to watch Netflix on iPad) other than that I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Room for improvement on hospitality in catering for foreigners.

Has the following advantages: 1. Excellent geographical location. Surrounded by small streets, various small and medium restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets, you can feel the local style well. b. Because it is not on the main road, there is no car roar at night, and the rest is excellent. c. Turn left for more than one kilometer to get to Usia Market and various stalls. When you go out and turn right, you will find Mao Zedong Avenue, which is also prosperous. 2, the room design is reasonable, black and white yellowish tone, simple and generous. I live in this room with a lot of gable windows. It is good to look out of the window at night in the bed. This is the third floor. The upper floors should have a better view. 3. Breakfast is on the top floor. The variety is rich and healthy. Currently I have lived for five days. Basically, I change some dishes every day. The front desk has a high level of Chinese, and the absence of Chinese is English, which is basically smooth. Overall very good, very cost-effective hotel, recommended! The same price in many places in China cannot reach this level. A little suggestion: The elevator seems to be a bit inflexible. Sometimes it takes two or three times to open the door. It is recommended to repair it.

Beautiful hotel with lovely spacious rooms. The king-sized bed was comfortable and had wall outlets on both sides of the bed to accommodate your adapter (no USB ports). There was a small table with 2 chairs, separated from sleeping area by partial wall. Two bottles of water were left in room daily, and a mini frig with tiny freezer portion was provided. Hot pot was also provided. No dresser drawers, but there was a shelf that you could put your clothes on. The water temperature in the beautiful shower fluctuated between hot and lukewarm. Robes were available in the closet, but there was no safe in the room. Breakfast was okay and they tried to change out one or two items each day. There was an egg station in the breakfast room as well as fresh fruit, cereal, soup, fried rice, and sometimes noodles and chicken fingers.

Located on the main street, there are Thai massage shops next to several houses and Chinese supermarkets facing each other. Convenient location if all movements use grab. It was a 1 bedroom, but it is clean and easy to use, crispy WIFI, spacious bathroom, shower with good water pressure and temperature control, large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, tableware, etc. The bed was small 々 solid, but I was able to spend it comfortably. There is also a gym and pool on the top floor, making it a very cost-effective hotel (service apartment). I recommend it.

This is my third time staying here. As before it is a great hotel, particularly for the price. Staff are super attentive and friendly. A tuk tuk from the airport is around $3.50. A quick thumbs up for the hotel restaurant which has exceptional food and is reasonably priced. The Cordon Bleu in my pic is $4.....water for $0.50, Beer for $0.75 etc. Will stay here again whenever I am in PP.

However, when the staff is busy, you can do it yourself. A good location with friendly staff. Not too far from local shops and eateries, with nearby streets full of restaurants and cafes to eat at. There are a couple of supermarkets not too far away, about 5-8 min walk. The room was spacious, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a kitchenette with everything and a fridge. Would stay here again.

Can’t say about the night there as we checked out before having had a night there. The hotel was not what we expected. The swimming pool is on the ground level, right aside the front desk. Wifi is not really working. The room is really small as we had barely enough space to open two pieces of luggage. Staff don’t seem to be speaking good English. If you’re on a budget, i guess that will work. If you can afford 5-10 dollars more a night, you could really find something much higher standard.
