Alleen de locatie is goed, behalve dat de diensten het bedpersoneel niet van hun werk houden. basisbereik van remsnel zeer beperkt... en ik denk dat iets meer bedrag in de buurt van deze locatie een betere optie is... Zelfs zij hebben niet volledig geholpen om de mobiel op te laden? .. Zelfs een zeer bedgeur in de kamers en muggen? ook de gast in deze kamer, mijn kamer nr. was 305

Behalve de locatie valt er niets te zeggen over de faciliteit. De kwaliteit van de handdoeken was verschrikkelijk; de kamer had insecten; de uitlaat in de badkamer werkte niet; de airconditioner werd steeds uitgeschakeld en ging niet automatisch aan; mineraalwater werd niet dagelijks verstrekt. Te duur. Een grap voor een faciliteit.

Very disappointing that they told me my room was without windows. I lost the printed cpoy of my booking and my phone has a flat battery that's why I have no proof of what I booked. I have to argue a bit and later asked how much more for a room with a window. They said $2 a day more.
I said I'll pay later when I come back but didnt specify if I'll pay through Trip.com or directly to them.
When I returned, There was nobody on the reception which looked like an old toll gate booth. I waited till somebody came and told them that the room I booked has windows that has a view of the pagoda. They still insisted that I have to pay the $2 a day extra. Which I now refused to pay and showed them the photo of the double room that I paid for.
The woman was cornered and said: "Ok, you don't have to pay"and rudely left.
The amenities in the room was 1 cup and saucer 2 small bottles of water, 2 very minute soap, 2 toothbrushes and a roll of toilet paper. There were no coffee, tea, and even a water jug. The stairways and verandas were dusty and huge rats were running near the dustbins.

This hotel is right at the heart of Phnom Pehn. Close to most of the sites to visit, restaurants, bars, etc. Rooms are clean and food options for breakfast is great!

reception wanted me to pay for one blanket on the bed abd and wanted 150 dollar. My name is Marcus Sten Tapio Karhapää and i been in PP for about 20 months. 1x coffee cup, 1 sbeet, electrjc socket that i broke because it was engine that was driving an fiber-nano technology small almost invisible for the eyes into to my eyes and skin
AI is here and are threatening are human survival on this planet if dont wake up now and realize this they will take over and use us as their devices UUID. CLOSE the Telecom , Electric Cambodia now is my own decision.

Is it Good Hotel but lake of customer service and support.
Well it is ok to stay if you go there sight seeing it is near famous places and beach side.

Overall RS Guesthouse is reasonable value for money. It is located very close to many coffee shops and restaurants, as well as the Mekong river and Royal Palace. You can easily walk to all these places within 5-10 minutes.
It's unfortunately not the most modern or cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in. Rooms and furniture are quite old and in a bad condition, but at least the bed was very comfortable. 👍
