Hotels met spa in Tokyo

Classic Japanese style hotel locate in an important political area. Within walking distance, we explored almost all iconic political buildings. It is next to a beautiful shrine. The view from the room is nice, maybe nicer with the Tokyo Tower on the opposite side. Food is good, and the service was attentive.

I highly recommend staying here. It’s one of the best luxury hotels in Tokyo—the service is excellent, the facilities are spotless, and the location is perfect.

It was a last min booking for my early flight departure. Was greeted by very professional staff and was pleasantly surprised by the invite to the onsen. I didn’t expect to have an onsen on the top floor of the airport . It’s a huge facility with lots pools and sauna . They provide very plush slippers and also in room beverages . Highly recommended

Cannot beat the location of this hotel which sits directly above Tokyo Station. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff who speak perfect English. The Chief Concierge Ms Mori was so helpful and affable - able to help with all requests. Breakfast spread in The Atrium was good as usual but there was just the one platter of marinated raw sea bream as the sashimi dish. The fruits were tiny cubes of melon, pineapple, kiwi and orange (1 each) in individual serves. Last year, there was chirashi offered. And in 2019, a huge platter of all kinds of sashimi and slices of Hokkaido melon. The drinks and snacks / plates offered at the hotel's bar called Bar & Lounge Camellia were excellent. We visited thrice. Happy Hours is 5 to 6 pm with cocktails (even Bellini & Mimosa made with champagne !), beer, wine, mocktails at ¥1300. Staff were congenial and bartenders very professional.

I am AMAZED by the service and quality provided. Upgrade from Groove to Bellustar is another huge jump. Staffs greeting you along the pavement is a culture shock. The scene within the whole building is really refreshing. Furnitures and facilities no errors. How not to stay again?

Incredible experience, zen concept from A to Z. Perfect to escape the noise and sounds of the city for a moment of pure relaxation forgetting time and stress! They don’t even have clocks! Slightly disappointing hot springs, as in it’s just one big pool, no cold pool or whirlpools (maybe the spa package offers these?!) incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

De gratis shuttlebus van Shinjuku naar het hotel was moeilijk te vinden, dus we namen daar eind een taxi. Het zou beter zijn als het hotel hun instructies duidelijker maakt op de website. zorg ervoor dat u op zoek bent naar de West Exit van de Shinjuku station. Good service, but maintenance and consistency could be improved. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. While the overall service and location are good, a few details made the experience fall short of true 5-star standards. Pros: • The washroom is spacious and clean, with strong shower pressure that feels great after a long day out. • The anti-slip mat is a thoughtful touch since the bathtub can get slippery. • Toiletries and body lotion are of decent quality. • The in-room iron is convenient, no need to request one. • The room includes a small balcony and is non-smoking friendly. • The complimentary slippers are comfortable and well-made. • Staff are polite and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: • The bathroom mirror fogs up completely after showering — it would be great if anti-fog mirrors were installed. • My room key card was disabled after the first night, requiring a trip to the front desk for reactivation. • The cupboard doors are old and difficult to open, making noticeable noise. • Breakfast is decent but repetitive. During peak times, guests were directed to a temporary seating area where food wasn’t replenished promptly. • After housekeeping, my used towels were removed but not replaced. • The carpet feels dusty, suggesting it could use a deep clean or refresh. Overall: The staff are courteous and professional, and the basic comfort level is good. However, for a 5-star hotel, the property feels a little dated and service consistency needs improvement. With some attention to maintenance and small operational details, this could easily become a much better experience.

Ik geef toe dat de omgeving erg goed is. In principe is de omgeving van Japanse hotels erg goed. Dit capsulehotel heeft echter te veel regels. Je moet je schoenen uitdoen als je het hotel binnengaat voor twee dagen heb je een reispas nodig om 's nachts uit te gaan. De kluisjes voor bagage zijn extreem klein. De meeste bewoners zijn Japans. Het is erg lastig als je de taal niet verstaat. Er zijn veel regels tegen jou en het kost me te veel tijd elke keer als ik uitga. Als dit je eerste keer is, raad ik je aan niet in dit hotel in Japan te verblijven. De Japanners zijn erg vriendelijk en bereid om mij te helpen als ik problemen tegenkom. Dit is erg goed en kan in China niet worden ervaren.
