"Location : Perfect, 5 mins walk to Ueno for dining and shopping, 10 mins to Ueno station or Metro. Services : Actually it is NOT a hotel, it is more like AirBnB, you can’t expect any hotel services from them. Cleanliness : The toilet is worst as it was not built-in with building, it was retrofitted as additional to the original design that’s why floor level of toilet was lifted up 15cm higher the room floor for drainage. Strange smell always around after use."

"De locatie is uitstekend, precies zoals aangegeven op de Hanzomon-website, niet ver van Omotesando en Shibuya. Toen ik echter om 12:00 uur bij het hotel aankwam, zeiden ze dat er kamers beschikbaar waren en dat ik eerder kon inchecken voor 3000 yen. Ik heb in veel landen ingecheckt, en dit is de eerste keer dat ik hoor dat je moet betalen voor vroeg inchecken. Of ze hebben me niet verteld dat ik om 15:00 uur zou komen, of ze hebben het me gewoon niet verteld."

"Als pension is het best goed, met een redelijke prijs. De kamers zijn ruim; kamer 201 heeft twee slaapkamers, een met een tweepersoonsbed van 1,3 m en de andere met een eenpersoonsbed van 1,1 m. De badkamer is groot en heeft een automatisch bad met een waterdispenser. Het hotel is volledig zelfbediening. De incheckinstructies worden op de dag van aankomst op de website geplaatst. U ontvangt een code voor de hoofdingang beneden en een sleutel voor een kluisje bij uw kamer. Let op: er zijn twee sloten, boven elkaar, die beide met dezelfde sleutel te openen zijn. Er zijn voldoende toiletartikelen aanwezig; tandpasta, tandenborstels en handdoeken liggen allemaal in de kastjes. Er is een wasmachine en droger, maar de droogsnelheid is gemiddeld, dus u zult uw kleding met de hand moeten drogen. De locatie is op 10 minuten lopen van de trap van station Oshiage, maar het is erg handig om Tokyo Skytree en Skytree Mall te bereiken. Er zijn veel restaurants op de bovenverdieping en in de omgeving vind je ramenrestaurants, yakiniku-tentjes en supermarkten, wat het erg handig maakt. Het duurt echter minstens 30-40 minuten om naar het stadscentrum (Ginza, Shinjuku) te komen. Let op: de zelfbedieningskassa sluit stipt om 11:00 uur en er is geen bagageopslag."

"Exceptional Service and Spotless Rooms - Highly Recommend! : We stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The highlight was definitely the housekeeping team—they did an amazing job keeping our room spotless and tidy every single day. The hotel's location is very convenient, with direct access to Suitengumae Station and T-CAT for the airport limousine bus. The staff were professional and helpful, even providing a luggage scale for us to check our bags before departure. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo!"

"The location was superb which is near to the main shopping street and loads of restaurant (highly recommend Midori - you can take a queue number and go back to hotel and chill. The room was huge for Tokyo standard at this price point. We were able to open the luggages (1 large 1 medium) comfortably and have plenty of space to put our shopping loots. However, as this is located near to the train track, you are able to hear the train passing (so wouldnt recommend if you are a light sleeper). There is also a demolishment/construction ongoing opposite as well so do check on the hotel official website for update. Overall, we still had an amazing stay there and will definitely return the next time."

"New, clean hotel in a great part of Shibuya! The location was fantastic! Connected to the subway station, which made travel around Tokyo easy and convenient, and the Shibuya Stream mall the hotel was located in was great as well! The room wasn’t big, but that’s expected in Tokyo. The room was clean and staff were polite and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially first time visitors."

"We stayed at Lotte Hotel Tokyo as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a strategic location, within walking distance to Kinshicho Station, making it very convenient to travel around Tokyo. It is surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of food options which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the hotel was stunning, we could clearly see Tokyo Skytree, especially beautiful at night. It really added something special to our stay. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again."

"The hotel was great, especially for a low cost. The location is very close to Hikifune and Hikifune-Keisei stations, which is terrific for traveling around Tokyo. There is no check-in lobby so make sure you have the elevator and door code ready before you arrive. The shower did not have a curtain so I was trying not to wet the floor. The bathroom and rooms were very clean. Wifi is also very fast and good. This is a good hotel in Sumida."
