"If relaxation had a headquarters, this hotel might be it. The spa/treatment area was so good I briefly considered cancelling real life and moving in permanently. The breakfast? Dangerous levels of tasty — I went down for “just coffee” and somehow left with three plates. The reception staff deserve a special mention, especially the gentleman at reception whose politeness, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out throughout the stay. Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive — exactly the kind of person who makes guests feel genuinely welcome. A huge thank you as well to masseur Laszlo for one of the best massages I’ve had. Fantastic technique combined with real hospitality and professionalism made the experience exceptional. "We are still in this beautiful hotel as i write.. We have been here since Monday and we are still in awe of the hospitality and professionalism of the staff here. But that’s not a surprise as the General Manager- Paulo Rodriguez - is there from morning to evening, greeting guests by their name, ask them about their day and genuinely showing an interest in his guests! We have been travelling around the world, but this is the first time the General Manager is amongst the guests.. And his style of management clearly cascades on his staff.. Amazing balinez massage and Eta was a pro in massage. Food is incredible- so huge congratulations to the Chef👌 Also, a huge ‘thank you’ to the Front house manager without whom, this stay would have not been possible.
