"Het hotel is niet mis. Vriendelijk, welkom personeel, onstuimige voorzieningen, heerlijke voedsel en goed onderhouden openbare ruimtes. Onze suite keek uit naar het strand en de baai, het balkon was altijd aangenaam koel en schaduwig. Niets was te veel problemen voor ontvangst en ontbijt personeel. Hij hield van de zwembad kabines, dak sauna en jacuzzi, en was blij met de zwembad robot levering. Een echte vijf-sterren ervaring en een we zouden zeker aanbevelen"

"This is a very new apartment with a beautiful view of the bay of Port Soller. The furnishings are stylish, the bed is great. Why "only" 3 stars? It's the little things that ruin the otherwise good concept. 1. Check-in is only automated, which takes some getting used to. 2. No instruction manual for the air conditioning. 3. Lighting in the "living room" is either bright LED light (ceiling spotlight) or dim, or rather, lighting for the extractor hood. 4. No USB port despite the new building. 5. Large window facing the sea is clean, both side windows are extremely dirty. 6. No table or chairs in the apartment. We had to carry the wobbly table in from the balcony. 7. Requests for a room on a higher floor for a better view were ignored without comment. 8. Power outlet in the kitchen: Using the toaster and coffee machine at the same time was impossible due to the awkward placement in the cupboard. It's a shame, really, because the location and other features are very good and, with a little attention to detail, a perfect accommodation could have been created."

"My wife and I and another couple stayed at Muleta de Ca S’Hereu five nights in early October. We had an exceptionally rewarding experience while staying at this finca where tranquility and peacefulness are the central themes to your stay. Located on a mountain with a winding road leading to the top, you have spectacular views of the mountains and Port Soller. The rooms we had were large and very comfortable but remember there is no elevator to the rooms. Whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was excellent! Your appetite will be totally satisfied but there are a few cats that wander around looking for dropped morsels of food. While staying at Muleta de Ca S’Hereu we were surrounded by the warmth and hospitality of the Muleta team. By the time we left, Francisca, Rosa, Bianca, and Cornelia had made us feel as if we were part of the family. Their hearts are big and they bend over backwards to make sure your stay will be a very memorable one. Due to flight cancellations, we arrived at midnight and, to the delight of the four of us, the Muleta team had food and wine waiting for us in our rooms. From there, our stay only got better. Service was impeccable and food was prepared by a master chef. In closing, my wife summed up our stay at Muleta de Ca S’Hereu the best when she said, “I think we have found paradise.” "
