"I cannot imagine a hotel better than this in Austria! Stayed here a few times and it’s constantly evolving in good ways. Every year we stay you realise they are improving things for their guests. The afternoon ski snack was fantastic and very welcome after a day on the slopes. The entertainment was first class and I did enjoy a few Postwirt Martinis from the bar. Food in the restaurant was fresh delicious and there were choices for everyone! If you wanted you could eat Wienerschnitzel every night! Rooms were immaculate and freshened up every day to a high standard. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble to make sure you enjoy your stay with them. Honestly can’t think of a single, even slight crumble, apart from our stay going so quickly….. See you next year! x"

"The Hotel AlpenSchlössl is located opposite the Hohe Salve on a slight hill and is easy to reach (signposted when turning off the main road, approx. 800 m). The connection to the Söll ski area is excellent with the ski bus (every half hour), which stops right in front of the hotel. The food (breakfast, 3/4 board) with choice of menus is very good, as are the other facilities in the hotel (rooms, wellness, indoor pool, parking spaces). Overall, a highly recommended hotel."

Alpengasthof Hochsöll ★★★

"Just returned from a fabulours stay at the Alpengasthof. The hotel is situated immediately on the slopes a short drive up the mountain, perfect location for ski to and from hotel. The hotel is full of charm and exceeds all expectations of a mountain hotel. The bedroom was warm with comfortable beds and a balcony overlooking the slopes. The shower was amazing, one of the best. A bonus being able to park at the hotel. The holiday included breakfast and evening meal, both of which were lovely, breakfast included hot options, fresh bread, yogurts, cold meats, cereals and fruit, the evening meal was a four course meal with choice of main course, each dish was tasty. The staff were very friendly and made us very welcome. We enjoyed skiing the Ski Welt, the slopes were well maintained and plenty of long challenging runs. We loved our stay and will be returning."

"We recently stay at Haus Schroder for a ski trip and I will definitely return! The apartment is in an excellent location. Across the road has a large Spar shop and the ski bus leaves from close by. The apartment is in the centre of the village but is on a quiet street so no noise from local pubs etc. The apartment is a good size and has everything you would need. Excellently stocked kitchen. There is a good size separate bedroom with a wardrobe and drawers. And above the living room is a mezzanine area with two beds for the children. My little girl loved staying in the mezzanine area. The apartment has everything you need including towels and a hairdryer. We will most definitely go back!"

Hotel Berghof ★★★★

"Het hotel voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen en we kregen de indruk dat ze opzettelijk proberen gasten op te lichten en extra geld af te troggelen. We hadden een kamer geboekt voor 4 personen (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) met een tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank. Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer voor 2 personen, met twee extra bedden die er nauwelijks in pasten en veel te klein waren voor onze kinderen. Na een lange discussie met de hoteleigenaar kregen we uiteindelijk de kamer die we hadden geboekt (en betaald!). De speeltuin was een van de redenen waarom we voor dit hotel hadden gekozen, maar we hadden niet verwacht dat die 50 euro per dag zou kosten - dat is het absoluut niet waard! Dit werd niet vermeld bij de boeking. Bovendien kost alles, van wifi tot fietsenstalling en het gebruik van de koelkast, extra geld - dingen die je normaal gesproken wel bij de prijs inbegrepen zou verwachten. We kunnen dit hotel absoluut niet aanbevelen."
