"all the staffs are all very friendly. the front desk, housekeepers, and the staffs in the restaurant. the variety of food in the breakfast spread was good. I especially like the complimentary fruit tray provided every afternoon and light porridge every night. the hotel was very understanding and had offered to change my room due to the leakage from the heavy rain. as I did not request for the change, I was impressed that they had try to accommodate thou running on full occupancy. I was impressed by the hotel teamwork n unity. the team worked together to block the flood from entering from the main gate by stacking the sand bags, they worked tirelessly in the heavy downpour and overcoming the flood. I will surly visit there again if given the chance. Yours sincerely, kris ho"
