"Alles verouderd en ononderhoudt, zou niet meer zo moeten worden bediend. Al de smalle wandeling trap naar de kamers is een toestand en er is al een ongeluk dreigen in de foyer. Het verdient in geen geval 3 sterren. Het bad is nauw en niet schoon. Voor dit is duidelijk te hoog. Er is ook geen sauna of spa zoals beschreven. Ontbijt is oké."

"I have to give a completely negative review on this structure. I had to get there with my mother on the 31st of december. Once arrived to Simrishamn at 4pm, we couldn't find any taxi or bus to reach the place. We tried to call the hotel and they didn't reply for hours. I sent them several messages, and nothing. We had to go back home late on the 31st, without having any information from them previously especifying about the difficulties of reaching the place. They afterwards claimed that they were busy that day and couldn't pick up the phone. So we had to pay the whole stay without having any possible communication prior to get some help on how to reach them. We found ourselves lost. Moreover, when they finally got in touch after several hours, they responded unpolitely and without any apologetic manner just to claim their money. They don't know how to handle a Hotel."

"Een nachtje verblijf en we genoten echt de kamer, de locatie en het ontbijt was fab. Home maakte jams zo goed dat we een kocht. Schattige plek."

"We had such an enjoyable three nights staying at this lovely little hotel. We received a warm welcome and staff were helpful but unobtrusive throughout our stay, just checking we had everything we needed and topping up the coffee etc. Linen sheets and soft pillows made the bed extra comfortable and - my bugbear - there were plenty of hooks to hang things on! The room is furnished with a mixture of vintage and modern which makes it stylish and the garden and deck are really pretty. Breakfast at the restaurant a short walk away was something to look forward to, with lots of fresh fruit and homemade bread and jams. They also do a delicious dinner there. We found Gislov to be a great location from which to explore Osterlen and we did a lot of driving around, stopping at different places of interest. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to swim from any of the beautiful beaches, so I'm looking forward to returning when it's sunnier. We did return from a particularly wet and windy day out to warm up in the sauna and hot tub which are straightforward to book via a QR code. All in all it was a really lovely place to stay - we recommend it!"
