The staff were exceptionally helpful, patiently explaining things to us about visiting the old town and dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, so two people could use it without disturbing each other. The breakfast rice noodles and rice cakes were quite good (you need to be able to accept the Yunnan-style minced meat sauce). The hotel has comprehensive facilities, including an elevator, laundry room, tea room, gym, and parking."

The outdoor environment of the inn was elegant and comfortable, perfect for tea and conversation. There's a small river outside the inn, and jacarandas were in full bloom during this season, adding a great opportunity for flower viewing and photos."
