"Located right next to the port, it's conveniently located. Check-in was delayed by about 10 minutes due to the inability to find the booking information. The staff were friendly. There was a concert in Seattle on the day of my check-in, so the hotel was crowded and a bit chaotic. The room was large and bright, but there were no windows that could be opened, so it might feel stuffy on a longer stay. I booked a partial ocean view room with a side view of the sea. The room was fully equipped, and my luggage was delivered directly to the room – very convenient!"

"Beautiful, excellently located for tourists near the art museum, the 5th Avenue Theatre with musicals, and the symphony orchestra hall, 10 minutes from the bay promenade. Be sure to check out the secret bar in the lobby closet. The room was well-cleaned, but they don't offer night service, and surprisingly, there were no slippers in the upgraded room. There was a huge line at reception upon check-in and check-out. We left after dropping our key in the self-checkout box, fearing we'd be late for the airport. The included breakfast was an unpleasant and outrageous experience: it was a deposit at the George restaurant, which will be credited to your bill, but you have to wait half an hour in line to get a table. The hostess created a line of hotel guests with paid breakfast separately from guests paying for breakfast. The couple in front of us left indignant, missing their tour. A hotel of this caliber could have organized a small buffet for the comfortable stay of its guests."

"Ik had een hogere kamer met uitzicht op de stad gereserveerd, maar toen we aankwamen, hadden we de verkeerde verrassing te zien dat een muur het raam volledig belemmerde(zie foto 1). We zijn dus naar de receptie gegaan om een kamer te veranderen. De receptie was aardig en geduldig met ons, en heeft ons een kamer met uitzicht op de golf, met een extra. Deze tweede kamer was absoluut prachtig (zie meer foto's)! Ik moet echter toegeven dat de procedure voor het veranderen van kamer en de extra kosten mij een beetje koud gemaakt hebben. Gelukkig heeft het personeel heel lang gelukkig gehad en daarvoor dank ik hen oprecht. De kamer met uitzicht op de baai was prachtig, maar ik adviseer iedereen die wil reserveren om het hotel te bereiken vooraf om ervoor te zorgen dat er een echt uitzicht wordt. Bovendien was de heer op de receptie bij onze vertrek vanochtend zeer aardig en sympathiek grote + omdat hij Frans sprak ☺️ een grote dank aan hem, het was echt heel leuk!"

"The email informed me that the hotel would make noise due to renovations. I would stay one night and leave the next day because I arrived at night, so I thought it would not have much impact, so I was not happy to change it. I didn't expect that it was not just a little renovation after I arrived, but a big fuss. There was only a small bar in the lobby, the corridor smelled like burnt wires, and the safe in the room was covered with a thick layer of dust 😡; there was nothing, not even a hair dryer! Since the room can be sold, regardless of whether it is decorated or not, at least the room cleaning and facilities should be up to standard! This is a room for 2,300 a night. 10 days later, I checked into the Seattle 1000 Hotel, which was 600 cheaper a night, and they even made a night bed and had a kettle 😂. Hilton Group is better than InterContinental Group!"
