"Helaas was mijn ervaring zeer teleurstellend. Het enige positieve aspect was de matroos, die ik gevonden comfortabel, ontbijt en een goed eten. Voor de rest, heb ik verschillende problemen. De algemene schoonmaak was veel te wensen over en de badkamer had een ernstig nadeel: de afvoer van de toiletten werkte niet. De eigenaar kwam in om een reparatie te proberen, maar niet met succes, waardoor het probleem onopgelost was. Om het water te kunnen afvoeren, moesten we de dekking van de gevangen doos openen en het afvoermechanisme, de bidet- en douchedouche vol met kalk handmatig aanzetten. Bovendien konden we niet van het zwembad profiteren, omdat de slaapplaatsen zwavel waren en niet in geschikte omstandigheden voor gebruik, het water was helemaal niet mooi. Een andere reden van ontevredenheid was de betaling. na het doen via POS ik vergeten om de ontvangst te vragen . Ik heb dan contact opgenomen met de eigenaar via WhatsApp en heb een foto van de ontvangst (die als u wilt worden vrijgegeven ) van de POS die me moet worden verzonden. De boodschap werd weergegeven, maar ik heb geen antwoord ontvangen voor de gevraagde documentatie. Ik voel me niet aan deze structuur aan te bevelen."

"I was really disappointed, I was expecting a hotel with the option to add breakfast but really it was just an apartment with the bare minimum. We weren't offered the option of breakfast and the restaurant was always closed. When we got to the room, the quality was poor. The kitchen was basically falling apart and we barely had enough utensils to cook with (no kitchen knife for preparing). There was no microwave or oven, just a hob. We were given half a bottle of washing up liquid and one bin liner for each bin so we had to go out shopping to buy more essentials for the room. The balcony was always covered in dried bird poo, I was constantly sweeping to clear it and didn't risk hanging any washing outside in case it got covered. When we arrived there was a dead bird on the balcony (it looked like it had been there for a while) surrounded by lots of bird poo which I had to get rid off myself. WiFi was very poor, didn't work for the first days and when you could get it working, you would lose connection quickly. It was very quiet while we were there, many people were using it as an apartment and went out during the day so we did have the pool to ourselves. The bar at the pool was closed the lifeguard manly chilled behind the bar. He would close the pool around 1ish (by using a rope to block the entrance) but said we could keep using the pool with no lifeguard. The reception was basically closed. When we arrived we had to let them know we were on our way so they could be there but as soon as we checked in they left. Checkout was 10 am so we were ready at reception to check out and no one came even though the Reception was supposed to be open. We received a message telling us to leave the key in the room. One positive about the hotel is the views, it has some beautiful views of Sciacca and is in a very peaceful location. Only a 5/10 min drive from central Sciacca."
