Hotels in Susukino, Sapporo

I used a single villa in a barrel. The interior was good, very clean. Convenience stores are also close, so it was convenient to use and self check-in / check-out was more convenient. It was a kitchen and a washing machine that could be cooked simple, so it was good for a long stay. Thank you for your good hostel

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was just a short walk away from the main intersection in Susukino. Travelers should note that a short walk anywhere in Sapporo in the winter becomes a very difficult and somewhat treacherous walk with luggage.

Hoewel het ontbijt elke dag hetzelfde is, is elk ontbijt heerlijk, vooral de desserts! Het regende op de terugweg, dus ik kon de metro nemen zonder de deur uit te gaan. Beneden in het hotel is een winkelcentrum, wat erg handig is om te eten en te winkelen. De obers in het hotelrestaurant (ontbijt) zijn beleefder dan die bij de receptie, en de service is beter. De kamer is over het algemeen schoon, maar ik snap niet waarom hij een beetje jeukt als je op de stoffen ”bank” zit! Als je lotion, gezichtsreiniger, enz. nodig hebt, kun je die halen bij het buffet tussen het (ontbijt)restaurant en de receptie. Al met al 90 van de 100 punten!

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is very close to city center , making it very convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

The location was very convenient, close to the lively Susukino area, which is great at night. I stayed in a room with a view of the Susukino Ferris Wheel, and the room itself was excellent. The breakfast room had a nice view an a pleasant ambience.

So far so good, it has an independent washing machine with dryer function in the room and air conditioning that is able to be controlled by temperature and mode.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The facilities were great, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. It’s located right in the heart of Susukino, close to the metro and tram stations, with plenty of convenience stores and shopping options nearby!

Their staffs here are too strict and seem like robots. They even don't know that they are doing hospitality job,not selling stuffs. We stayed for 7nights and one night there is a heavy snowstorm. Since I have a kid n he has to eat rice as dinner,I just went to nearby family mart to buy frozen rice. I borrowed a plate to reheat. The manager rejected and said they could only give a small paper plate for eating jelly. I told them that I need to reheat rice for my kid. I only need to borrow a proper plate. They still didn't want. How do U expect me to find a plate during heavy snowstrom? We have stayed in hotels of lots of countries. This is the first experience for us. they had a restaurant, they even provided buffet breakfast but they are heartless. Every amenities of this hotel is good except the manager n staff don't have 💜 I even have recommended 3 families to stay here and they knew this hotel from me.

Walking distance around 10mins to Susukino and Tanokikoji.. Not very near and not far. A lot of good food around that area... The Public Bath is an additional point for staying there in winter season, soak and relax tired foots after a day journey. The breakfast provided good cheese, cake and yogurt... I most love these 3 items hahaha!!! The only downside is the room size is too compact..

The hotel is small. Lobby located on the first floor and it looks like a budget hotel reception and lobby. I thought Mercure is an international chain so I expect better. Room size is pretty small but still acceptable. Hotel doesn't give much amenities like other Japan hotels that I used to stay. They just provide shower caps, razor and comb. There is no lotion, skincare products, toothbrush (need to pay) and etc. Bathroom is small so basically I sit down to take my bath. The best thing of this hotel is the location. Located in Susukino and very near to subway stations and the Nikka instagrammable location. Also, their free coffee at the lobby taste really good and I drink it every morning. You can also store your luggage with the hotel and come back to check-in again in few days time if you travel to other cities.
