"Dramatische ervaring. Geen gastvrijheid, niemand heet je welkom in de Ochten bij het buffet, je krijgt een sleutel bij de receptie van je kamer en je moet je kamer op het park maar zien te vinden. Dan het zwembad: de Poolbar van de foto’s is gesloten in zomer, er zijn geen handdoeken bij het zwembad, er is geen bediening of service bij het zwembad. Zo slecht, dramatisch. De kamer dan…gordijnen hangen op “half elf” en er lopen kakkerlakken in de badkamer. De tuinen om de kamers heen hebben al lang geen onderhoud meer gehad en alles ziet er gewoon slecht onderhouden uit. We hebben geboekt omdat de foto’s op de socials er goed uitzagen maar wat een drama in het echt. Bij het uitchecken aangegeven dat we niet tevreden waren. Toen spraken ze ineens alleen Spaans."

"We had the most amazing stay at Tenplo Soyogrande. We stayed in Casa Angeles! My sister and her husband, along with my husband and I, stayed for two nights and truly didn’t want to leave. The rooms were beautiful—thoughtfully designed with lovely details and great AC. The pool and garden were pure magic, with the best views of the Mar. Hannah, the host, was incredible. She went above and beyond to make our stay seamless—helping us book a fantastic dinner reservation, recommending an unforgettable hike to a local swimming hole, and making sure we had everything we needed. We were very relaxed and felt so cared for. Highly recommend! We will be back!"

"The hotel was perfect for our stay,from arrival to departure..and of course great parking outside,we booked the day before and added our breakfast which was lovely,all the staff were so helpful and especially Patricia our waitress ..so polite and nothing was to much trouble for her ( a pleasant surprise as some places need a staff shake up ). We will be returning in October.. And by the way the views are second to none and the sound of the sea was so relaxing...sotogrande is minutes away in a taxi where we went to bahia limon chiringuito with has a dj live band and good food"
