After a dreadful experience at a nearby hotel, we left and went to Inmood. The difference was amazing. We had a very warm welcome and enjoyed lovely breakfasts with lots of choice and good food at the hotel’s restaurant in the evening. The room was large with a great comfy bed and a very large comfortable patio. Pool was great too and we found it very clean and well tended. The standout thing for us was the staff. Their pleasant smiling faces were a joy. Special mention to Paula ( manager). Alicia also on the desk. Dani who was on the desk and Abde the best waiter ever, pleasant and patient! They were all so pleasant and should be praised for their service and kindness. Nothing too much trouble for all of them. We hope to return here one day.

This hotel made us feel so at home ..on arrival to the beautiful reception area and our upgraded room at no extra cost. The staff were all very polite and friendly especially the lady bartender who made our cocktails..to high standard. We came as breakfast and dinner included..and both meals were absolutely delicious..mustn't forget the welcome drink and free mini bar.the surrounds are lovely and have many areas to chill on the very comfortable sofas /chairs..ample of parking on site also. We will return mid Sept..1 small issue is that the swim up bar has closed.

I checked the reviews after booking this stay and all I can say is that our experience was the complete opposite we loved the lay out and overall vibe of the hotel very relaxing very chill it was the perfect base to relax by the pool in the day and head out to the polo at night, the staff were all lovely and breakfast was perfect a really good range of foods, only thing I could wish for is eggs Benedict to be available at the egg cooking station and perhaps for the grout in some areas of the pool to be cleaned more regularly but overall a clean aesthetically pleasing hotel

Booked a junior garden suite online and whilst booking were asked to chose the actual room we wanted. So we selected one near to the pool and paid an extra €42 for this selection. However when we checked in we were given a different room. The room couldn’t have been further away from the pool and the garden view was a plot of soil and a road. When I returned to reception to ask to change rooms I was told they were full and nothing else was available but to come back the next day. The next day the electricity was out in our room for around an hour. I went to reception to ask about changing rooms but was told they didn’t know what was available as the electricity was out and they would be in contact when the electricity came back. No one contacted me when the electricity was working. So I went to reception again. I was offered a different room but a downgrade in size and it was in the same row with the same view. The room we were in, whilst not dirty felt as though it hadn’t been used for awhile and it was dusty. The room also just felt very uncared for. Lots of marks on the walls including squashed mosquitos and dried blood from the mosquitos not washed off the walls. The room smelled musty/sewage. I told reception, she placated me with saying they would let house keeping know but no one seemed to do anything about it. The patio was untidy. I asked for a broom to sweep it myself. Reception said they would get house cleaning to do it. No one did. The entrance/porch to the 3 rooms in our block was covered in bird poo. It is so lovely there are so many sparrows and swifts on site. I am a bird lover and enjoyed watching them. But the hotel needs to maintain keeping the communal areas clean and not covered in bird poo. On day 2 of our holiday palm tree work took place. This meant the pool was out of action all day. Only a note the night before to warn us of this. My husband was playing golf and the whole point of booking this particular hotel was that it was opposite the club and I could spend the time sitting at the pool whilst he played. It wasn’t even like I had a nice patio I could sit on instead. Why the hotel is doing this kind of maintenance work during the height of summer when the hotel is full? Finally the daily maid service was not good. We left the top off the shower gel container to indicate there was none left - the cleaners just put it back without filling it. Towels I had left on the floor that were obviously dirty and for changing, were just hung back up. Coffee was not replenished. This has the potential to be such a lovely hotel but no one seems to be caring for it. The swimming pool area is lovely. And I did enjoy using the outdoor gym box (but don’t be under any illusions that it is a proper gym). It is just some free weights and Astro turf. But it just seems neglected particularly the garden areas

Absolutely poor service from start to finish with this hotel. Room hasn't been cleaned in over 2 days since we arrived and we have asked over 7 times. The staff have been standing around like the photo I have shown and are doing nothing. We are still waiting at reception for them to clean the room. Also no vegetarian options available at the lunch buffet. Have raised this concern with the staff and hotel manager but nothing was done. We have paid for half board and a member of our team has now gone hungry since breakfast where again the only thing edible was the fruit. We are djs and are here for a wedding. This review will be posted on all social media platforms.
