The hotel boasts an excellent location, adjacent to the AC Marriott Hotel, and next door to a Walmart supermarket, a large shopping mall, a food court, and upscale restaurants—making it extremely convenient and a prime location. The hotel is away from the main road, ensuring a quiet stay. It also features a basketball court (free basketball use), a free outdoor swimming pool, a basic gym, and a free laundry room. The breakfast is decent, typical Mexican style, but of good quality. There are also social hours in the evenings to encourage interaction and are a unique feature."

De nadelen zijn het ontbijt van weinig soort, niet geschikt voor de Chinese bevolking, de airconditioning is groter, maar het is een Mexicaans hotel. En het is een langzame uitgang van het warme water, het duurt meer dan drie minuten om het warme water uit te voeren. Behalve deze problemen, zijn andere aspecten nog goed, het is aanbevolen om te blijven, beter dan het aangrenzende vakantiehotel."

"This hotel has everything an Out of Towner needs. The front desk attendants speak fluent English and are very welcoming. The room I stayed in was large, clean and comfy. There are many TV channels but few in English. WiFi worked well. The shower produces plenty of hot water, just not in the first 5 minutes. Safety was not a concern as the entire facility is fenced in and there are guards at the entrance. Breakfast in the lobby is very good with many hot buffet style choices and fresh fruit and yogurt. Happy hour at the American Sports Facility behind the hotel is nice with free beverages and snacks. They are currently revamping the patio but when it is done it will be a comfy outdoor relax spot with a charcoal grill for public use. The indoor pool looks nice although I didn't use it. Laundry facility on the second floor is clean and useful. There are a lot of well lit parking spots and a number of restaurants that can safely be walked to and from. If you must travel to Saltillo for work this is an ideal spot to stay."
