"De omgeving is comfortabel en de kamers zijn schoon. Er zijn supermarkten en restaurants in de buurt . Er zijn echter een paar ongemakken. - De kamer is ver van het restaurant waar ontbijt wordt geserveerd. - U moet uw bagage zelf naar de tweede verdieping brengen, omdat er geen lift is, wat onaangenaam is als u grote/zwaar bagage heeft. Er is een lamp boven het bed, die groot is en niet kan worden bewogen, je zult je hoofd vast schoppen als je opkomt... en er is geen helderheidsregeling.   Anderzijds is er geen lamp op het bureau.  Ik hoop dat het hotel dit kan verbeteren."

"Het ontbijtbuffet is gevarieerd, met twee wafelijzers waarmee gasten hun eigen wafels kunnen maken. De obers bij de receptie waren erg vriendelijk en beantwoordden graag onze vragen. Alleen individuele medewerkers vroegen ons vaak om het reisbureau van het hotel te bezoeken om hun reis te boeken! De kamer was ruim en comfortabel genoeg, maar de binnenverwarming was kapot. Het was de laatste tijd erg koud, bijna nul graden. Gelukkig had het hotel een mobiele verwarming voor ons beschikbaar, en het probleem was opgelost!"

"Geweldige B&B, schoon en sanitair, en je kunt een uur van tevoren inchecken. Badkamer en toilet worden gedeeld en gescheiden voor mannen en vrouwen kamer is warm en de locatie is uitstekend."

"Worst hotel experience ever. The reception of this hotel is 500 meters away from where we actually stayed, but the hotel didn't give any advance notice. We dragged our suitcases to the door of the room and called without the key. We had to walk back to get the key. Normally, you may think that walking back is okay, but this is Finland with thick snow at minus 20 degrees Celsius! The recetion is in a supermarket. There is no sign at the door. I can only call the front desk to ask. The front desk has a very bad attitude. They point at people's noses and say I hope you can behave yourself. They also refuse to admit that it is their work error and ask me to go. and platform complaint. I stayed one night and had to leave the next day. When I was packing my luggage, a woman turned the key in without knocking and shouted "out now!" I asked what was wrong with giving me some time to pack, and she said she had to leave in 10 minutes. All in all, a very, very bad attitude and a very poor experience. The front desk and staff have very poor English and cannot understand human speech."
