"Worst hotel experience ever. The reception of this hotel is 500 meters away from where we actually stayed, but the hotel didn't give any advance notice. We dragged our suitcases to the door of the room and called without the key. We had to walk back to get the key. Normally, you may think that walking back is okay, but this is Finland with thick snow at minus 20 degrees Celsius! The recetion is in a supermarket. There is no sign at the door. I can only call the front desk to ask. The front desk has a very bad attitude. They point at people's noses and say I hope you can behave yourself. They also refuse to admit that it is their work error and ask me to go. and platform complaint. I stayed one night and had to leave the next day. When I was packing my luggage, a woman turned the key in without knocking and shouted "out now!" I asked what was wrong with giving me some time to pack, and she said she had to leave in 10 minutes. All in all, a very, very bad attitude and a very poor experience. The front desk and staff have very poor English and cannot understand human speech."

"Ik vond het leuk, de locatie, vriendelijke en hulpeloze ontvangers, alles werkte goed. De kamer is een beetje oud, maar is schoon en schoon. Ik kan alleen zeggen dat de pijp en de matroos niet zo comfortabel waren. Het ontbijt is in het hoofdgebouw, wat voor sommige mensen niet gemakkelijk kan zijn, als je in de andere ruimte krijgt. Het is vrij groot gebied. Ik vond geen informatie over de sauna, het werd geschreven daar is het tijd voor mannen (5pm - 8pm), is er geen tijd voor vrouwen? In het eind had ik geen tijd om het te gebruiken, maar zou leuk zijn, om een verklaring. De locatie is zeer goed, je kunt gewoon je fiets, skiën, sneeuwschoenen pakken en gaan voor je avontuur. Zou graag blijven, twee nachten waren niet genoeg. Voeg toe:Ik denk dat ze een groot x-mas bomen het hele jaar in het hoofdgebouw hebben 😀."

"Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!"

"Het was in eerste instantie een beetje moeilijk om de accommodatie te vinden omdat je moest inchecken bij een supermarkt, maar de accommodatie zelf was schoon en mooi. De gedeelde woonkamer, gedeelde badkamer en toilet waren ook schoon. Toen wij daar logeerden, was er naast ons nog ongeveer 1 andere persoon (2 personen), maar we kwamen elkaar nooit tegen, behalve toen we vertrokken! De supermarkt is dichtbij en ik hoorde dat ik de slee voor de deur kon gebruiken, dus ik ging sleeën. Er zijn veel bussen en reisorganisaties rond Sariselka Holiday Club, dus het is goed om van de locatievoordelen te profiteren :) Over het algemeen heb ik dat gedaan. ben zeer tevreden! Je koffer kun je ook opbergen in het kantoor naast de supermarkt."
