"Stayed here as part of tour across Senegal. Arrived at the hotel and were surprised by the facilities that include 2 pools and a large deck over the lake, with a fancy bar setup. That’s the positive part. The room was on the smaller side and the bathroom needs an immediate refurbishment. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked, unlike some of the other reviews. But the mosquitoes are present and definitely biting in the night inside the room…as the mosquito net has holes in it. Also the shower doesn’t work for more than a minute odd for hot water, so be ready for a cold shower. Lastly, we did have a bad experience with the food. Our entire group got ill after dinner and we remained sick for the next 3-4 days…so it was a bad bug. This can happen sometimes but it is too much when coupled with the mosquitoes and the other infrastructure issues. I would give this place the pass."

"Het hotel/dorp is estetisch mooi met een mooi zwembad. Ruime maar niet zuivere kamers , gebroken zadelaar , badkamer met water dat schuift , en geen zeep , we moesten de handdoeken vragen. Eten en eten met zeer weinig keuze, ook bij het eten, hoewel kort na de opening, sommige reeds uitgeput gerechten werden niet opnieuw geboden. Bescheiden ontbijt zonder keuze. Voor de kamers en voor het restaurant zou ik slechts 2 sterren geven maar ik doe in het algemeen drie aan het hotel voor de positie die de kans biedt om interessante excursies te maken: op het roze meer, met jeep en met quad . Gepast de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding."
