"A beautiful hotel which is kept spotless. The reception staff weren't very welcoming and I wouldn't say any of the staff are friendly if I'm honest apart from Oscar in the restaurant. The food was of good quality but limited choice. The food was luke warm/cold, the heat lamps don't seem to work. Unfortunately Juan carlos who cooked the meat/fish on the plancha served everything cold and raw. He'd already 'cooked' and piled lots of the fish/meat and placed it to one side. It was completely raw and not edible! This wasn't a one off, he did this each day. This is the only job he had to do! We told the gentleman in charge of the restaurant that the food was raw and he shrugged his shoulders and never answered us I thought the idea of the plancha is to cook the meats and fish fresh to order? This isn't the service I would expect in this type of hotel. The spa was a lovely addition to our stay although the spa wasn't as clean as I'd have like and the water looked quite white and dirty. I would love to return if they could correct the issues."

"Was referred here by Navy Lodge because they were booked. Clean, simple rooms for 50 euro. There is street parking or a dirt lot about a block away. I'll give this place 3.5 stars because walls are thin and it can get noisy, especially street noise in the morning. "

"We stayed two nights, we made the reservation through Smartbox gift boxes. We had a baby and they didn't have any problems with us. The hostel has a very good location, in the low season there is plenty of parking nearby. It is very cozy, the room is very clean, the mattress is very comfortable. We had breakfast included and it is very delicious. The staff was very friendly, we loved it, we will definitely repeat as soon as we can return."
